I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience purchasing a vehicle through your dealership, and specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by Oliver.
Oliver was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. He truly went above and beyond his standard responsibilities—even taking the time to pick up my two-year-old and me from the station on the day we collected the car.
He is a wonderful asset to Kia, and I would certainly purchase a vehicle from him again in the future.

Liam was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has fantastic knowledge of the car, was incredibly helpful, and, most importantly, really listened to what I wanted. He was warm, polite, efficient and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
When I collected my car, he spent so much time going through everything with me, patiently explaining all the features and making absolutely sure I was comfortable and happy before driving away.
Without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I've ever had!

We have recently purchased our first Kia, and if the vehicle proves to be as impressive as the customer service we received, I know we will be delighted.
From my very first phone call to the Salisbury dealership through to the final handover, the experience was exceptional. Oliver, who looked after us throughout the process, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful at every stage. He took the time to answer all our questions, provided clear and honest advice, and never once made us feel under pressure or subjected to a hard sales approach.
The dealership offered a range of options and services, some of which we chose to take advantage of, but we always felt the decision was ours. The focus was on helping us make the right choice rather than simply making a sale, which was greatly appreciated.

We would definitely recommend talking to Liam. He was very polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and took the time to find out what we really needed and after we'd chosen a car, he went through all of it's features, which I probably wouldn't have bothered with, but now I'm really enjoying. He also made car shopping with 2 children as easy as it could be, which we really appreciated.
The showroom had nice toilets, including a baby change unit which was very useful.

Sandown KIA Salisbury - Customer Care at its Best!
If you want a new or used KIA this is the place to go!
Sandown Salisbury now have the dealership and my goodness, what a breath of fresh air they are! Someone actually answers the phone on-site, which rarely happened with the previous holder of the dealership!
Unbelievably amazing Customer Care, attention to detail, all members of staff friendly, polite and courteous.
I met the Sandown Team in July 2026, as they took over the KIA dealership on the 1st July, when I took my Sportage in for a Service. However, I had already received a "looking forward to welcoming you" video via email from Liam Cunningham, so I knew exactly who to look for when I arrived.
I wanted to change my 2023 KIA Sportage front-wheel drive to a 4x4 option but still in a petrol version. I gave Liam a call in September with my criteria and when I got to our meeting, he had had two cars delivered that met these.
There was a major issue with my Sportage that I was unaware of, that the previous holder of the KIA dealership had caused, and which was uncovered by Liam. However, he and his manager Darren came up with a solution that worked brilliantly in my favour and so I bought my fabulous 2025 Sportage 4x4, in glorious green, and drove away with it on the 25th September. It is pretty pokey too pulling away, so I will have to watch that gas foot!
Also, because it is covered by the KIA Used Approved Scheme, the Warranty is reset and so I have seven years of Warranty too!
AND there is a recess in the boot to fit my spare tyre in - no more worries about being stuck on the side of the road with a flat and no spare. Liam has gone a further nine yards in ordering me the bolt that ensures the spare stays in place and I get it fitted this Thursday, 1st October.
Buying a car is a huge purchase for most of us, but if you want to be listened to, looked after, made to feel that your business really matters, and want to build a history with a dealership, then do make an appointment to discuss your needs when looking for a car - and you will not be disappointed by the Team at Sandown Salisbury.
