we have purchased complete bathroom by Sanidirect, the salesperson was very helpful and patient. there was a little accident after the delivery with the funiture, its quite common through the transportation, but we were helped and received replacement quicikly. so in general, we are satisfied with the experience buying from Sanidirect.
