Unreliable supplier. Keep away.
On 29 August, I contacted their customer service to check the actual availability of a tap (on the website, the product was indicated as available, but I wanted to be sure). After checking, the customer service told me that the product was indeed available and that, if I ordered it the same day, I would have received it by 4 September at the latest. I immediately placed an order.
On 30 August, I received an email from Sanipromo informing me that the status of the order had been updated to ‘IN PROGRESS’.
I immediately contacted the customer service, who again guaranteed delivery by the scheduled date of 4 September.
On 5 September, I send them an email, because not only I had not received the product, but the order was still indicated as on hold. Sanipromo never replied to my email.
On 12 September, I send another email to Sanipromo. No reply. I called them dozens of times on the telephone number given, but it is impossible to speak to one of their operators, because they say that all lines are busy. I also contacted them via live chat - no response. Via the form on the site - no response.
This is the first time something like this has happened to me. For other users, I suggest staying away from this supplier for at least two reasons: (i) they do not provide information on the status of the order; (ii) they give wrong information at the time of purchase (e.g. on the actual availability of products) to induce you to buy.
