Useless estate agent

Useless estate agent. Devoid of any awareness of customer care and how to market a property in a difficult market. Like many other local agents they charge lots to just put some pictures on Rightmove and open the door to viewers. Except they can't drum any up. Their only course if action is to reduce your house price. A lazy approach which only confirms they're clueless on property marketing. The warning signs were evident when they presented their house description to me. It was full of misspellings and bad grammar. Hopeless.
