The site is overall complete and simple/basic to set up. Great site, easy to navigate and most information readily available. A critique is, your methods of payment, you should supply the name/address /phone number for those of us who choose to use OUR own banks bill pay to make payments, other than that good site.

If I could give you a ZERO I would. I have called several times about an issue on YOUR end We paid on time, you cashed our check and didn't apply it to our account and now I get a card and to use it to pay the past due balance we'd have to pay a fee. THIS IS STUPID AND THIS IS THE LITERAL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERENCED. I HATE YOUR COMPANY. I HATE ALL THE WORK I'VE HAD TO DO TO PROVE AFTER MORE THAN THREE YEARS OF PAYMENTS THAT WE'RE DOING THE RIGHT THING. I put one date for my experience, but there were several others that I could complain about. You suck, I will never use your company again and I would NEVER recommend you to anyone, in fact I will work hard to make sure everyone knows how awful your call center is. Get some competent people who know how to do their job.

This is our second Outlander, and our second time going through Santander Consumer USA. Both times our experiences have been incredible, I cannot recommend Mitsubishi products, or their financing, enough!

Your site is not user friendly. Having attempted to initiate my account, I was immediately locked out due to “incorrect” credentials after three attempts using the information I had just provided.

Santander Consumer USA are the worst of the worst. They take the payment anytime they want; they wait until weeks are gone by then take money. It's usually a dollar or fifty cents short and then your charged with insufficient funds to your account. I tried to make a payment, they said my account was closed and called back, spoke with another agent and Luis too the payment, said I need to add two zeros in front of the account number.

I tried to set up an account to make payment for a new car i purchased. The system will not allow me to create a pin number for such an account, thus not allowing me to make a payment for this new car. I called my local Santander branch in Neptune, NJ and they cannot help me either. I'm going to wind up losing this car because I don't know how to make a payment. I'm so done with this!!!!

Lots of emails.
Nothing that I can have those and bring up a browser on my banking PC to go login and create an account, etc. How hard is it to give a URL or other directions? Even if with some unique code embedded?

I have already set up automatic payment with you in a very efficient, impressive way. So, I thought I was done with all this. Why am I getting emails asking me to do it again? Please check your system before asking again ...
So, this review was questioned, for more clarity. I tried to provide that, but I was confused by the Trustpilot response system. Thus, I called Santander to stop any more emails that request me to set up automatic payment. I have already completed that process.

I had previously set up my account when I completed the transaction with Tesla. So your email requesting the same was a duplication of efforts and not necessary.
My biggest complaint however is the picture that was included in the email request. I found it to be offensive. I live in the United Sates and am an american citizen.
