The ring is absolutely BEAUTIFUL

I received my Alice ring about 5 months ago now and couldn't be happier. It has a little bunny on the side and is so different to all the other boring rings I looked at in other shops. The moment I saw it I knew it was going to be mine!

I went back and forth with Sapphire Studios on every detail imaginable. The were super helpful and nice. I customised it and changed to my birthstone aquamarine, they made the process easy.
I was worried it might be uncomfortable as its quite detailed but it fits prefect and I have had so many compliments.
Even the packaging is beautiful.

I have been following their Instagram for many years and Im so happy to finally own something from them.
I have already ordered another piece from their Alice in Wonderland collection and Im so excited to see!

I first saw this ring posted in a Scotland Facebook group and fell in love with it immediately...I mean, UNICORNS!! I did some searching and found Sapphire Studios Design and decided that I would treat myself and I'm so glad that I did. My ring arrived today and I LOVE IT!! I can't stop staring at it, honestly, and I had to go and clean my wedding ring after seeing all of this sparkle before me :) The online ordering process was very easy and my ring came exactly as I requested with the selections that I
chose. The turnaround time was good and I received status updates along the way via email. I could login to the website to view status as well. My ring (did I mention that I love it?!) arrived today. It was very well packaged (and the packaging inside of the shipping box was lovely as well). The ring is great quality and I'm so happy with this sparkly, pretty, beautiful just for me treat. I love my ring set it is honestly stunning and the customer service was great. However at the time of purchase it was advertised as a one of a kind and now 2 more of my exact ring set are being advertised in the collection. When you buy a one of a kind you expect just that. This has honestly soured our whole experience and I don't think I will be purchasing again.

Edit: I see they have adjusted their description to say one of a kind stone to stop future confusion! I do not see where they have reached out to me but I am happily changing my rating because of this change.

I couldnt be happier with a purchase. I bought the St Ivy wedding set with the natural diamond for my fiance. It arrived quicker than i expected and exceeded every expectation. The diamond turned out to be quite a bit larger than advertised, almost a quarter carat larger. The report card was impressive. I used it to compare the diamond to other identical diamonds and quickly realized i got a phenominal deal. Comlarable diamonds were well over a thousand dollars more, some several thousands more. And thats just the diamond! The ring itself is of the coolest design Ive ever seen. And the detail is so fine that i have to squint to see some of the finer points. Weve recieved a lot of compliments. Like i said, in every way, it surpassed expectations. Two very pleased customers here

I was very lucky to be given the eternite coffin ring as an engagement ring, I’d had my eye on it for some time! All the rings SSD do look absolutely gorgeous and it’s wonderful to be able to have a ring that’s so alternative to the norm. It’s perfect for me and I can’t stop staring at it! It’s really intricate and stunning! Everyone who’s seen it is also impressed! My partner said his experience with ordering it and customising was great. I also really appreciate the fact they delivered worldwide as we’re based in the UK and I couldn’t find anything like this good a quality closer to home. The only thing I’d say is please set up a UK shop so we can come and see them! I’m so happy with it I’ve even asked them what would be a good wedding band to match, the response was quick and informative, I’d 100% recommend- you won’t be disappointed!

I customized the Destiny Kingdom Hearts ring, along with the band from the Queen of Hearts set. It's breathtaking. The two rings fit together like they were made for eachother, despite being from different sets. The company themself was amazing to work with, I've wanted this ring for at least four years before taking the plunge, and over the years I've messaged them asking for quotes, to see if it would ever be possible. They always indulged me, and treated me with kindness. In fact, when I had determined that I was finally able to get the rings, I asked for the quote, and I had the money saved up for my downpayment for the payment plan.... when a tree branch fell through my windshield the day before I was going to pay. They were very understanding, and told me to message them to reaffirm the quote when I was ready.

The payment plan is lovely. You're required to put down at least 30%, and you can choose to pay over the course of 1-4 months. I chose 4 months, and was pleased to find out that you can make additional payments in two ways: you can pay the next installment early, and it will skip the next payment, or, you can pay a different amount, and it will decrease the amount for every installment. I paid it off a month and a half early.

Sapphire Studios Design starts manufacturing the rings as soon as you place the order, not after you pay off the full balance. I was able to get pictures of my rings before they shipped.

Speaking of shipping, there was no charge to ship the ring. It arrived in 3 days, from Australia to Michigan in the United States. There was no delays from COVID, and it arrived exactly in the time frame window that was projected by UPS.

I am blown away by my rings, and the amazing customer service I have received. I am already planning on ordering another set, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you so much Sapphire Studios, this has been a dream of mine for many years, and now I have them.

I ordered my wife’s engagement ring almost a year ago from SS and the design was so creative and perfect, I decided to order wedding bands from them also. The detail on each ring, especially the diamonds crafted in the roses and skulls are incredible. I messed up and ordered a band too large and customer service responded right away so I could replace it. The process was very easy.

Sapphire Studios Design has made me feel like an absolute king. Got my partner the 18k Gold 'Aspen' White Gold engagement ring with hte Moissanite upgrade and my parter is over-the-moon. Absolutely smitten with the product - it's amazing how much better than a natural diamond it is / looks.

The SSD staff were throurough, polite and responsive.

The made-to-order product from one of their more dated lines was manufactured and shipped in a reasonable timeframe - even in the middle of the melbourne stage 4 CV19 lockdown.

The necklace "Down the Rabbit Whole" is a beauty, it's my favourite piece, I love it. It is perfect, not too big, not too small. I was sent very quickly with a tracking number which was very helpful. I looked for close to 3, 4 months for a ring and out of everything that I found, the only 2 designs I truly fell in love with were from this shop. I went with St. Ivy’s and had it customized just a tad; it was made in perfect timing, crafted perfectly, and came in a neat little package and box that comes with a brochure in how to take care of your ring; shipping must have only been 3, 4 days at the most. It’s my favorite piece of jewelry I own and I am looking forward to getting a matching band for it as well from this same shop!

In Melbourne visiting family, we dropped into the Sapphire shop on Toorak. We were blown away by the imaginative and unconventional jewellery designs, the range and combination of materials available and the high workpersonship.

Back in the UK we decided that a ruby ring was the best way to celebrate our 40th anniversary, but we wanted something a bit different. Remembering Sapphire, we found them online and went through the really simple online ordering process. Within a month DHL delivered the most beautiful ring, all taxes and duties paid.
