I made an order on SaraMart on 9th of December and I’ve been waiting over two weeks for it. Now I understand that it says packages can be delayed 5-10 days but it’s been on 40% for two weeks and now it’s gone back down to 30%?? How can a package go backwards??

Made an order with the company on the 29/11
Had no updates since the 4/12 where my parcel was supposedly with the courier yet the sara mart app doesn’t state this information as my parcel is stuck at 66% and has been for a large duration of the order, I’ve tried to email and talk to all of the bots I can and it’s useless I jus want to know I’m actually going to receive my order or get a refund as the lack of communication is terrible.

Replica football transfers have peeled off
I bought a replica football top with name and number on the back of the shirt. Quality appeared very good on arrival. The number on the back of the shirt wrinkled up a little after the first machine wash and after the 2nd wash totally came off. I reported this via the clunky app only be told that as it had been more than 15 days since I received the product I was not entitled to a rerurn/refund. I find this shocking. Will not buy again and do not recommend any top with stickers or transfers.

Haven’t received order
My first order and hold it would be here by now. Ordered £100 worth of stuff.
Waited and waited.
Contacted them and it’s an automatic response. Told me to contact Yodel contacted them their waiting for the parcel but being told on a chat their waiting for yodel to collect been stuck on the same bit for over a week.
Can’t get my money back can’t get the order.
Their no help so I would not recommend

This is a fraud company SARAMART I ordered in October got it in November 2023. Most of the items were missing and some were damaged. Quality was really bad. Contacted SaraMart to return but got no answer till now. Plus for the same order now Fordeal is trying to take money from my account. But I did not give my information to Fordeal and never had anything with Fordeal. Some how SaraMart forwarded my payment info to Fordeal to take the money.

No communication. Terrible service. Lost items!
I ordered several items for the first time using Sara Mart as I was told how good the products were on the website!
I ordered on the 24th November, to ensure they came in time for the Christmas period. Well, almost 4 weeks later, my items still have not arrived. I have queried this several times with the online App service, but seem to have gotten nowhere. I also tracked my parcel via Royal Mail to which it stated my parcel was despatched to sender on 27th November. I’ve had no update since. I think my parcel has been stolen/lost and I have no way of contacting anyone to check if this is the case? The service from SaraMart so far has been terrible and extremely unhelpful. The app hasn’t updated in weeks to update me on my parcel’s journey.
I would like a full refund on these items if they do not come in the next few days as these were needed for an occasion on 22nd December! Really has put me off using the company in the future.

Evri has collected my parcel but missed the connection whatever that means

Avoid !!! Ordered in October - item received in uk nov 14th but over a month later still nothing and after initial fob offs by supplier, they just ignore me now. I just want a refund and delete the app ! Bitterly disappointed for Xmas. Have now contacted citizens advise and the bbc.

Shocking service
Ordered at the start of November still no parcel received, stuck on 59% saying Royal Mail awaiting on it and it’s been saying that for 3 weeks now. Getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse. I keep asking for a refund as it’s basically theft to be cut off from the customer chat then when I do get to chat again it’s the same again getting told they are handing it to senior support l. Xmas ruined and no way of contacting an actual person also have emailed to not even get a reply is very poor customer service, got told someone would phone me aswell and nope nothing.
