Parcel was not delivered received no refund for it and no shipment back to my address still stuck in the overseas warehouse
I ordered over 2 months ago, my parcel was no delivered to me I have tried to contacted them serval time to get it reshipped back to me but they still have not. I now want a refund I have been trying to contact them via the app but it is literally impossible to do so. Saramart please advise me on how I can either get a refund or get my parcel shipped back to me.

First order and will be the last!
First order and will be the last, took 5 weeks to arrive and half of the items (5 out of 10) are missing, been online chat for over two and a half hours with what appears to be a robot telling me to be patient and now been told I am number 108 in the queue

Bought a £120 order
Bought a £120 order, its 8 dates late and no update on the tracking, was told on the live chat someone would contact within 72 hours and nobody has contacted me, the parcel is lost. I have emailed the service email with no reply on any platform

Lost parcel-beware!!
I ordered a birthday present early November, unfortunately Evri lost my parcel when it was due to delivered, they advised me to contact SaraMart my self and that will not be contacting them at all. Over 4,300 people were in front of me when I used the chat function to customer services- I was in the queue for over 2 days. I was told that it was being addressed. However I since contacted SaraMart several times on the chat function only to be told the same story over and over again. This was my first order with SaraMart and will be last. Be very careful when ordering large amounts especially if it goes missing.

I took the advice below and emailed as per the instructions from SaraMart. I did receive a reply after 2days stating that I should receive a refund within 72 hrs. I have received my refund today as promised within the 72hrs. Success!!

Royal mail has lost our goods over £100…
Royal mail has lost our goods over £100 worth of Christmas presents, we've made contact using the service email no response, messaged the robot told someone would look into this and get back to us, still nothing, we need a full refund so we can sort new presents no good you re sending the goods again. Royal mail after spending 2 hours on the phone told us the parcel is lost, we need our money back urgently or we will need to look into this as a legal matter if we are ignored. Never again this has put be right off ordering from this company, be careful people!!!

Ordered 5 weeks ago. Both orders stuck for two weeks at destination “awaiting partner pickup” no email. Impossible to contact customer services. SaraMart please advise how I can cancel and get my money back.
I have ordered from you many times in the past without issues.
I appreciate delays happen, what I can’t accept is the lack of customer services support.

I’m really disappointed
I’m really disappointed. I bought something for over £100 and was really looking forward to receiving it. 3 weeks have passed and it’s getting close to delivery yet i check my app and it says it’s being resent back to the sender. I was not told this was the case and it’s 3 days deep now so I can’t ring royal mail as it’s been shipped. This was a christmas present I ordered in ample time. Given this, I contacted support and customer service, waited in three queues to just get the same answer each time when i gave my details it went back to the robot and back into the queue. I just want the items and to receive them. I am worried about losing my money.

Help! I did two orders on the same day. I don’t no why? But my largest order has been stuck on 27% and just saying shipped where as my smaller order the 2nd order I did is moving along nicely. I ordered in plenty of time for xmas but now I am worried it hasn’t moved of 27% in over a week that it wont be here in time?

Yodel lied about attempting to deliver parcel and now have no order.
Yodel didn’t try to deliver parcel however claim they did and I refused the parcel. Tried contacting the courier to get the parcel delivered but they refuse to help. I’ve been unable to contact SaraMart for them to help me either have the parcel delivered or receive a refund. Attempted to contact their online customer service chat and was told I was number 4200 in the queue. I have emailed them but had no response. Also tried to send a message via WhatsApp but that was unsuccessful. The order I placed contained Christmas presents for my son so I am now missing a few of his gifts and am also £70 out of pocket with no idea how to resolve this.

Saramart not giving refunds and issues with chat
I have been trying to get a refund for two of my orders for over 2 weeks now on the app. I have waiting for over 100 hours to actually speak to someone to sort my orders in cues of hundreds of people. When I get to talk to someone they have told me they will process the refund however this has not been processed for either order. Then when I try and ask about my second order they cut the chat off when I explain that I was unable to request on the app due to being stuck in hour long cues. For one of the orders I was told to destroy the items and show photoproof I have done this and again no refund was processed. For the second one I have provided photo proof of the many chats I have been on asking for a refund and it not being sorted. The price of both of these orders together is £140 which is a lot of money for a company to withhold from me, when as a consumer I am entitled to a refund.
