REVIEW AMENDED.
TV ARRIVED, however not next day as per advert. This was explained as a system error. It did arrive within 24 hours of someone contacting me. Ordered tues, someone contacted me thurs, arrived Friday.
TV certainly looks the part, and although we've not plugged it into a tv aerial socket it switches on and the remote is all working fine. Had the TV arrived on time and someone had contacted me to advise it wasn't going to, then I would not have written my original review. My complaint was around delivery and lack of contact rather than the product itself.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:Ordered tv on next day delivery. No sign of it today and can't get through to anyone on the phone. No reply to my email either. If I don't hear anything tomorrow I will be claiming a refund via PayPal. Makes me wonder how genuine this company actually is!! All the good reviews appear to be written in the same style!!
If it arrives and works then I will amend my review!!

Ordered bathroom tv on 24/10/18 naxt day delivery i don’t think so.this review is on the delivery only,hopefully the product will make up for it.must say that they did reply to my e.mails promptly.waited 5 days now,my account still says order processing.as i said replies to my emails have been quick, now i understand the problem.thankyou for promptness and realise that is beyond their control,will review once i have recieved my product.i have now recieved tv all i can say is wow! Looks incredible and the picture is excellent.worth the hassle.

Had TV fitted a little over a year ago and have been unable to update channel list. Called, emailed to find fix and also need another remote as it stopped working after 3 months and still not got anywhere. Perhaps they got customer service training from same place as BT.

As can be expected with any item purchased there is the possibility that one, you may not like it and two, it may not work correctly. At the beginning I experienced scenario two. My star rating for this on Trustpilot was a two also (as to be expected). Having been in contact with Ravi with regards to this issue I experienced a very professional and understanding individual. Ravi was able to rectify the issue quite swiftly.

I would recommend using this company and also the product.

A word of advice to Ravi, as best as possible try to insure that all goods sent out to clients have been tested prior to shipment. This way, scenarios like mine should be largely reduced.

Great looking product but unfortunately I have to comment with a negative statement. The remote that has arrived does not function. I have attempted to make contact which took me through to a default answerphone service (02, etc. This does not demonstrate a professional image). An answerphone message was left and am still yet to receive a response.

First impressions.... a slight let down. Hopefully having seen this, the company will look to pull things back together and get this resolved.

I have been speaking to one guy at the company now for weeks, I have been unable to call as the phone goes straight to a voicemail. The tv I purchased was not working so eventually got it sent back and now I am being ignored I am out of pocket and have no TV I really do think this is some sort of scam company as the customer service I have received is shocking and cant be more upset with how I have been treated directly from the company!

Initially i wondered if the Sarason site was a scam with no order update, a voicemail service that could be a straightforward UK landline and lack of contact for over a week. With contact eventually made i was told the initial order hadn't been placed despite debiting my account for the product. Three weeks later i had no choice but to ask for a refund following consistent reassurances to dispatch the product that wasn't ever forthcoming. This plays right into Amazons hands with consistent and real time updates and messaging. One positive was that i was refunded immediately on asking. I'd recommend going through Amazon for new purchasers.

My friends say that Sarason TV is one of the best LED tv retailers in our country and then I got to know it was true. After I ordered one from them!

Hi everyone. I ordered bathroom tv from them using ebay. After 16 hours my tv was ready to collect from local argos. It was really impressive.
About Price- really good compare to other brands/makes.
Everyone was telling me to buy something more expensive as the quality will be much better.
Guess what i get- a briliant tv in fast delivery with the quality of the picture - as i wanted.
With addes amazon stick I have a perfect setup for my bathroom.
I can recommend this company to anyone who is still thinking where to buy a good quality bathroom tv.
I get more than i was expected.

Extremely good to deal with. The TV is fantastic and when I had an issue, they went above and beyond to fix it. Would definitely buy from them again!
