Please don't go for this I request u…

Please don't go for this I request u guys .. service which they provide is pathetic. Not at all ideal for family because yesterday I had very bad experience with them ... My booked vehicle has some issue in between and these guys just asking me to pay the money whatever kms u travelled and manage on ur own ..I was with my family at a place where I don't find any cab or taxi... And their sevice like will not care for u and they will not at all call back or ask if any help is required.

I request u guys .. if u reading this review please don't book cabs with them.

Driver was rash driving and eating ghutka in between alot .. initially they said sir don't worry about car condition and driver .. and while going with these people paying whatever they asked .. u will get worst sevice .. and they say sir company policy cannot help it .. u should manage on ur own... Don't go for this ..

Terrible experience

I rented a car from Savari, New Delhi on Sept 7th, 2024, to take my family to father-in-law funeral from Ghaziabad to Haridwar. I talked to reservation agent and explained him the reason of rental. He agreed to send car by 8:30 AM. Car arrived at 9:00 AM. Just before entering the NH, the driver informed that he needs petrol. He went to a petrol pump with 30 mins wait time, due to holiday. We arrived in Haridwar. On the way back just outside the car broke down. I talked to the driver, he said it is not starting. I could hear cranking noise myself over the phone. I asked him to call for another car, while I was holding phone. His call to the service center was not going through. I called the number +91 9045450000. After pressing 3, I got an agent. Who put me on hold saying that he is going to try to connect to the driver. Earlier an agent had said that they are having difficulty connecting to the driver, when I was not having any issue. I worked myself to arrange for another car from other vendor to bring them home. At present at (9:30 PM (IST)) they are on the road, with a unknown car and driver.

Terrible experience

The driver spitted on my face, he was trying to spit outside but hit my face, disgusting.
The car was a mess. The driver stopped three times while we never asked for stopping.
He asked money for the fuel while it was included, we said no and he apologized for trying…

SCAM SCAM !

SCAM SCAM !! It was one the most horrible experience on taxi rentals in India. We booked a taxi from Delhi airport to Bareilly with Savaari.Com. I made it very clear that what kind of taxi I needed. However upon arriving the taxi was very dirty, very small compare to what I had booked the biggest taxi since I had my family with me long with large luggage items. When we tried to contact Savaari, they were most unprofessional, unhelpful and said that they can’t do anything or change taxi and my trip has already started and I have to pay the canceling fee of up to 50%. Very rude behaviour from the Savaari employees and from the driver. DO NOT BOOK FROM SAVAARI EVER !!!

Worst experience with Savaari

Worst experience with Savaari. My honest feedbacknis not to avail their services. The most unreliable and unprofessional organisation.
We took their service from BLR - MAHA- Pondi-Maha- BLR. The car navigator didn't work, left mirror was broken, untidy car. The driver didn't take bath for 4 days.

1. I was really unhappy with the unprofessionalism of savaari. The driver given to me didn’t cooperated throughout the trip. Wherever i was wishing to visit for tourist spot he was giving a one or other reason to skip the spot. He knew that overall trip was from banglore>ooty>mysoore>coorg>banglore which will not reach 1500 km..Therefore he was refusing to visit far away places just with an intention to save money on diesel..Is this how savaari gives training to their drivers? Due to this i was not able to visit many tourist spots and my whole trip was ruined.
2. The driver was at many a times talking on phone while driving which was scary and not safety. (Proof is attached herewith).
3. The driver charged me 1500 for permit of tamilnadu. I asked him to show the permit as i wanted to see whether he has purchased it or not? When was it purchased? What is its validity? But he didn’t showed. As i was late for flight he took the advantage and started arguing..Is this type of driver savaari hires?
4. Driver took the advantage of our numb behaviour and charged his food bills in our bills without our prior permission at many spots and hotels. Unfortunately he created a embarrassing situation and we didn’t want to spoil our trip by arguing with him..but i had to pay his total bill of Rs 2000 which he lastly denied to settle and started arguing at airport..Highly pathetic from savaari’s driver..If i am paying such a huge amount then why savaari is not training their driver to spend his part by himself..

Very disappointed by choosing savaari car and ruining my whole trip..instead i have chosen some another option..Highly pathetic on savaari side for keeping such a “Lootere” drivers for charging extra rupees and refusing to visit the tourist places of our choice..

Shoddy Service

This is to express my utter disappointment with the service offered by Savaari today. My aged parents had a pickup from Kolkata Airport at 7.30pm. The driver informed us at 7.30pm that his car had broken down. I immediately informed Mr. Sonu from the Savaari team and he said alternate driver details will be shared. Little did I know that the alternate cab he is sending is an Uber. The Uber driver started asking for the PIN of the ride and had no clarity on how the payment will be made. My parents were clueless and so was I. The original driver informed me that I can just book an Uber, share a screenshot and he will pay whatever amount I have to pay extra. than the remaining payable amount to Savaari (INR 347). But now the driver has stopped responding. My parents had to wait for a cab in the rain and I had to book an ultra expensive cab on Uber. Don't go for Savaari.

Pathetic experience

Pathetic experience! Never book a cab through them. We 4 females, out of which two are kids have been stranded in the middle of nowhere with a broken cab, which broke down twice, and the company has refused to take any onus or provide us with any solution. Leave aside providing any solution after this horrendous play with the safety of women Co. had the audacity to reply that take any action you want against us but we have NO SOLUTION for you just closing your trip here (middle of nowhere). We had to find our way back ourselves and scrap our program after this harassment faced by the Savaari.
So be assured if you are booking a cab through them you are PLAYING WITH YOUR SAFETY. especially if you are a FEMALE. They have no concern with your Life or Safety whatsoever, just minting money.

Ride from Hell with Savaari.com

Ride from Bangalore Airport to Bangalore City

1. The driver refused to increase the a/c setting and left me sweating in the back of the car.

2. When I told him I would complain - his response was ok do what you want. When I did call Savaari (a) the person on the call had no solutions for me (b) this crook driver raised the a/c flow and only for a few minutes

3. When we arrived at my drop of point - after almost 2 hours in traffic, I was drenched in sweat and I had business meetings to attend. The driver immediately switched the car off as I was reaching out to my contact inside the building to come get me. I requested him to keep the car running and he wouldn’t listen to me.

4. I had had enough at that point of this rude and thug driver. I told him I would pay Savaari directly, he immediately refused to give me my luggage which was in the trunk. He forced me to pay him Rs 1140 before giving me my luggage.

5. During the last interaction I was concerned about my physical safety.

I have repeated all these points to three different Savaari reps. All I got from them was we will check with the driver. What this tells me is Savaari has no recourse for the customer in case of such situations. Two of the reps promised call backs and never called.

So in short - the driver gave me a ride from hell! Refused to release my luggage if I didn’t pay and created an unsafe situation for me.

I want my money refunded as I shouldn’t have to pay for such an experience. After waiting for 6 hours for a call back, I decided to not risk my well-being with another Savaari ride (from Ritz Carlton to Bangalore airport) and cancelled that ride.

Now after communicating over multiple emails with a "Operations Executive" I have been offered a canned apology and a refund of Rs 200. This person writes from two different email ids - Namra Sadaf and Aishwarya Roy

For a complaint filed on April 16th 2024, Savaari.com responded on September 2, 2025. I still dont have my refund for a service that shouldnt be charged. I have not used Savaari.com since that day in April 2024, and that is not going to change either. I have informed my entire extended family of the same as I wouldn't want them to have such an unsafe and unsatisfactory experience.

Worst Service - Very Poor - Saavari Car Rentals

I had booked a car for 26th March 2024 at 11.00 am. The booking was confirmed by Savaari Car Rentals but to my utter surprise today morning I got message from Savaari that the booking stands cancelled causing me a lot of inconvenience...If they cannot provide service they could have not taken the car hire booking.

a big NO

Strongly recommend not to take Savaari cabs for any travel. They are the worsts in the market to provide crap service and loot money from customers shamelessly.

I booked tempo travels via Savaari for 2 days round trip from Hyderabad to Manthralayam, and while booking, we requested for a clean-neat vehicle with a decent driver as we travel with family of old people and kids. We were promised that it will be met, but when we took the vehicle, it was in an extremely bad condition, not clean, dusty, full of insects, driver was not decent, etc. We called Savaari customer service for more than 10 times and we were just told that they will be looked, and they asked us for some time. We almost wasted 4 hours for their response but no support at all from them. They were betraying me and planned to loot my money, as I have already made an advance payment of 5700 rupees. They were so careless and no response as they were just avoiding us to suffer even after paying an advance amount, which is strictly unacceptable. Finally, we didn't travel in that cab and called them to cancel the booking to refund the amount, but yet again no response from them. I sincerely inform every customer not to consider this crap service provided by Savaari or do not take their service as they are unfit for this business. Their moto is money and not customer comfort. I strongly recommend every department to debar them from any service as I care for other customers not to be betrayed or looted. Additionally, when we booked the cab they asked to pay the remaining amount once we finish the trip, but the driver asked to pay the entire amount immediately before starting the vehicle which is shameless from them. I'm wondering how such people are encouraged to do business in a country like ours. Extremely severe actions need to be taken against them in the welfare of many people.

Savaari is fooling people, they are fraud and creates a lot miscommunications

Hi,
I have made bookings with Savaari car rental services for 3 back to back trips from 19th to 29th Dec 2023. The car was defective and driver was also not good for the 1st trip which was from 19th to 20th Dec 2023. The 3rd trip started on 22nd Dec 2023, car is defective and they are not responding to our call. I repeatedly mention to them that senior citizens are travelling kindly provide proper services. But they just commited verbally but don't follow it by action.
Savaari car rental organization is a fraud. They are here to just earn good amount of money from customers like us who work hard, save for the trips.

Ordered a Toyota Etios sent a Tata…

Ordered a Toyota Etios sent a Tata compact instead, without any space in the boot for luggage, as with CNG, no carrier, had to carry luggage on the seats. Argued cars are the same and did not allow to cancel the booking early. Pure fraud. Do not use.

They extort money from tourists

The driver took a poor route adding 40km on and then charging for it. He also stole our change when we stopped for breakfast.

They are clearly ripping off tourists, so I would recommend not using. The person on the phone threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t pay and the driver came back to my hotel and tried to take even more money.

Outstation ride from Mumbai airport to…

Outstation ride from Mumbai airport to Aurangabad.

The driver was tired and was not able to focus due to an unbearing urge to sleep this is after we stopped for almost 2 hours and I allowed him to take a rest. We were about to meet with an accident and the car slid but we were lucky that nothing major but I got a bruised wrist and a shoulder. I got scared for my life as the car was about to tumble on the right side of the street, as I said we were fortunate and the car stopped! I traveled to see my newborn daughter for the first time and this could have been a tragic end but again, I would like to emphasize we were lucky! So, how can I recommend Savaari? The back seatbelt was not functional and I had to hold the grab handle as the road was horrible and the driver was no less than Schumacher. The ride was long, torturous, and left me with fear for my life. I will never take the service from Savaari again!

Taken for a ride!

Car sent for outstation trip was CNG, with little space for luggage. Car boot wouldn’t lock and had to be closed with a rope!
Driver wasn’t willing to make a detour, within the agreed and paid for distance, and charged us extra for a 45 km detour, which would have been well within the 750 kms I paid for( total distance travelled with detour was 645 kms).
Argumentative driver.

Cheats!

I booked a cab for a city drop from Bengaluru airport. They gave me the driver's phone number and car details. I spent time looking for that car and tried reaching the driver on his mobile but his mobile was switched off. Why does the company give a phone number that's useless? Unfortunately, I had paid 50% of the fare in advance.
On writing to their customer service, they say the driver was waiting.
Never use this company or do not pay any advance if you still want to take a chance.

Ruined Our Holiday

There was just nothing right with our Savaari rental.
The driver was changed a few hours before our trip.
The other driver was late and as a result we missed our expensive Safari.
The rudeness of driver had no limits.
Picking up fights, demanding money without compleing trip and an unbecoming behavior were his hall mark.
I suggest all to look for alternatives.
This was our second bad experience with Savaari.
