Worst customer service ever 😷😪
It all started with me not receiving my order CH868002885DE bc I forgot to write my door number. I was trying to contact anyone as my purchase was already in Vienna (where I live). After talking with 4 different assistants and getting 4 different statements I was furious. I explained the whole story and asked them to write down my door number as it was important so they could send me my purchase again as it now automatically returned to the sender.
What killed me was the last answer, I was told that 2/6 items can’t be send bc they’re sold out and my purchase never left in first time!!!! Idk how it’s possible that I paid for stuff that’s sold out…
Well and this time the (same) package came and it couldn’t arrive to my doorstep bc there was no door number AGAIN.
I really feel unappreciated as a customer and I don’t think that this is okay. You shouldn’t treat your customers this way, it’s rude as hell!!

Thieves!!! Big Scam
The Customer Service is horrible! A woman named Maria kept telling me to shop by force when i asked her to cancel my membership which they took money from my account,So i did that since they didnt wanna pay money back i purchased something from them only to see that they have taken money again from my account of the purchase which was supposed to be the money in my account!! I called again this afternoon again and asked why and im told to shop again in order to get my money back that they cannot return it to my account!! This is a big Shame as the its a Company of a person who we are supposed to adore and learn from!!! called 3 times only to be disappointed!

Just unbelievable. I didn’t realise these people made you pay monthly subscription fee too late. I managed to somehow get some money back with my broken German. Whenever I tried to talk to them with English theh refused. So I did what I can until I can find end this goddamn subscription. I forgot to pause 3 months and now they are refusing the give the money back. I literally have -50 euros on my account and need that goddamn 150 euros but no these people are low and so disgusting they hold on to your money for to be able to sell their bad products. Dont buy from here, they will make sure that you dont see the subscription until too late by writing it very small on places you’ll never look. Bad business bad company. Im dissappointed.

As soon as our customers decide on the discounted price or use a VIP offer, the VIP conditions come into effect accordingly. We have put the explanation of VIP on the entire right half of the screen in your shopping cart and asked our customers to confirm the purchase as a VIP at the checkout.
Our FAQ http://www.savagex.de/hilfe/faq summarize everything worth knowing about Savage X and are available at any time.
Our VIP membership comes with many advantages and with only one obligation - you have to skip the month to avoid being charged. Then you keep all the benefits, but your membership remains free. If you don't skip and then have a credit on your profile, it can usually only be combined with standard VIP prices.
Perhaps it will help you if, in addition to our reminder email, you create a separate series appointment on your mobile phone. So you would definitely not forget to skip.

Vip program doesn’t work
I wanted to buy a product and use my Credits, which are supposed to be automatically deducted from the price. Now I get a PayPal notification saying I’m paying full price and the customer service chat is broken. Also I 100% paused the subscription for this month, and it says I didn’t. Don’t fall for it it’s a scam

Beautiful products
Beautiful products, perfect fit for all sizes!
The only small problem I've had is that the return shipping label doesn't always automatically load for you - but customer service is excellent and they can always send you a new label via email and they've been pretty fast.
Overall, their garments are of good quality (they've survived my washing machine pretty well so far), really beautiful and their plus size range is excellent!

I like the quality of the products, but...
I like the quality of the products!!! but I think the price is too high, espescially for the PLASTIC handcuffs e.g. We pay sooo much just for the brand... And I mean you are already making lots of money, so why do you take the VIP credits in SUCH A HIGH AMOUNT???? I think this is unfair honestly, because I am then forced to buy something from you and do not get my money back, you basically take it from my conto...In my opinion you should lower the amount of credits it is really too much, espescially for people who do not earn lots of money and when it happens to forget to pause, you take so much from them.... I would be really happy if you could do something about it or I unfortunately have to quit di VIP membership and stop buying, sorry..

In order to make it easier for customers to shop with credits, these credits are to be seen as units with a value of € 49.95 and can also be redeemed as such. It's a pity that you don't like it.

Since your credits don't expire, you shouldn't feel under pressure to make purchases.

“Sold Out”
Super dissatisfied! I have 100€ in store credits and everything that I try to purchase is saying “sold out.” I logged out of my account and shopped as a guest. Everything that was “sold out” is suddenly available at full price. Ridiculous.
I will be cancelling my membership as soon as I can get a hold of someone from customer service.

VIP Membership Issues - I have cancelled and still get charged. I spoke to teams on chat who asked me to email and have had no response in over a week. Just keep taking 50 Eur from me each month without allowing me to cancel. Money I do not have.
