I love savage x fenty
I love savage x fenty. The underwear is pretty and comfy. My bf loves it, I love it.
I also purchased leggings which are see through and give a good shape.
I recommended savage a couple of times already and I'm pretty sure will do so in the future as well.

I became a member,
When I realized where I sighed in, I immediately tried to canceled my membership, ( at least as I thought)
First of all, when I bought one set, after payment And registration did not received ANY confirmation about my status or at least bill of my purchase.
When I contacted online chat, I asked to cancel my membership, because no one answer my email request for cancellation. I was informed that it was successful, I even ask If will i receive payment next month, the answer was no! Now I see that i have a booking in my bank, even tho, I have no active status, and I dont have any, logins at least to pause it or to cancel it. My account is not exciting and I am still paying money!!!
How its even possible? At lest send be the bill that I would know for what I am paying money!

Only 3 stars because Savage Fenty didn't give the return label with the package. The link for the return label never works and I had to contact the customer service every time.

The reason why we do not include the return label in the packages is due to environmental protection: so that there is no waste of paper, the return label should only be printed out if this is necessary when you want to send something back.

The lingerie is very pretty. High quality and delivery is always on time.
Only thing that sucks is, that savagexfents doesn't deliver to Switzerland. So I have to ship to Germany and pick every package up personally.

True love and obsession
High quality, even after several washes. Beautiful, sexy and creative designs. Once you figured out your sizes (which are, btw REALISTIC!!) everything you purchase fits perfectly.
The whole return process could be easier, but not necessary anymore now that I know about my sizes.

Great products but questionable business model
While im not the biggest fan of savagex’s VIP business model I have to say that the product quality is outstanding, especially when you buy these items on special offer, which for VIP’s are almost always avaiable, so unless its a limited special piece do not ever pay full price and wait for the next deals to pop up! A lot of my friends shy away from savage because of the business model, it reads like a scam, if they were to change it i think theyd be gaining much more customers. However once you step into the business model it shows itself to not be an issue whatsover, therefore still the 5 stars. The sizes are lovely (only issue ive ever had is that size L panties tend to fit larger than other companies, which i dont necessarily think is a problem (; ) , the variety is great, the materials feel amazing and theres not a lose thread to be seen anywhere, some of the greatest underwear ive been able to purchase without breaking the bank, most of my old icky bras have been replaced by savagex. Customer service is also great, deliveries are fast and returns unproblematic.

In love with this brand!
I love the products! They’re so vibrant and the craftsmanship is amazing. It’s so hard for me to not splurge every time a new collection comes out.
In addition to that, the customer service is great. I have had to cancel or adjust orders a few times and the agents have been extremely helpful and nice.

Generally fit very well, VIP Programm meh
Generally fits very well. Good quality products.
Bralets are typically somewhat small/tight so maybe size up.
Just don‘t like VIP Programm as you can‘t combine it with sales and can‘t spend more than one month worth (50€)* at once.
*you spend money accidentally cause you forgot to cancel for the month.

Bad VIP boxes 4 monrhs in a row
The more time passes the more your collections feel like they were made with less effort. I get that rihanna is working on new stuff but like i love the underwear and i want a badass collection like the BLACK WIDOW one you did last summer, VALENTINES DAY collection, LAVENDER one was also AMAZING

the color of these undies were beautiful indeed, but not what i expected. im sure there are people this would look good on. but i feel it looks more elegant on the photos. it didnt match my olive skin :( but its a beautiful piece, very soft.

GREAT items but CS is beyond unacceptable!!!
I love all items I bought from Savage X Fenty Deutschland but the Customer service is unacceptable! For every order I needed to return I had to contact CS to get a return label because the standard email with the link to the return label never works. There was one incident with one order where I had to contact CS 8 TIIMES via chat and phone!!!!! for the past 3 months, every time I order something and need to return something, I am told there are technical problems hence I it will take longer for me to get my return label. I waited but never got the return label and hence it ended up that I had to contact CS 8 times for one order! Usually its around 2-3 times. CS workers are very disrespectful, rude and do not pay attention. Especially a worker named Alen has been very rude, disrespectful and closes the chat or hangs up on the phone without any notice or with a rude remark! Merch is outstanding but CS is just the worst thing that could have happened to SxF! something needs to be done! This can't go on like this!!
