Very simple and ingenious system! Rainpod Max is very easy to install. The fact you don't need an overflow pipe is great. I daisy-chained 2 water butts - seems to work well.

Really great product. Had to wait about 4 weeks for it to arrive, but that was expected. Installation instructions were good and my 2 250 litre rain butts filled up on the first night. Thinking I should maybe get a few more and extend the system. I love being able to fill my watering can at the back of the house, but the water butts are hidden round the corner out of sight. Very happy with my purchase and our neighbour is now thinking about buying a Rainpod too.

Added the RainTap to my set-up to improve the overall reach in the garden. Once again it works very well and is a construction quality is excellent.

Bought the standard Rainpod. Took about a month for delivery but this was expected due to the high demand.

Item was missing a piece on delivery. This was noticed and rectified quickly.

A quality product which was promptly delivered. I've used it to harvest the rainwater off the garage roof and put it into my large pond and bog garden. It is all working perfectly.

Great product, Rainpod max, filled a 1000 litres of water butt in 24 hours. Had an issue which was handled above and beyond. Great response. Can’t praise them or their product enough. I brought all the fittings and pipe to connect 4 water butts. Thinking of extending this.

I’m surprised this Company is still in business. Called on 3rd and 4th April at different times to get answer phone. Left messages to request callback re technical question before purchase. Need to sort out your sales & operations dept. Sadly lacking!!

Placed my order but had to wait for the hose due to supply chain problems. Kept informed at all times. When finally at the shop I was due on holiday so my order was kept safe and delivered once back. I had an issue with leaking water butt taps however, Darren stepped up and we ordered 4 better taps! Installed this morning, no leaks! Exceptionally good customer service and products. Wanted to link an existing (empty) waterbutt to a downpioe and hide behind shed with tap in alternative accessible place. What a brilliant solution. Installed in 10 minutes. System filled up following weekend. Brilliant

The Rainpod is amazing and has enabled me to collect so much more rainwater than I could have with traditional water diverters. You can store the water pretty much anywhere and as many water butts as you have space for. Ours are behind a row of trees, currently 600 litres of water completely hidden from view in the garden. When I first set it up I had a leak on one of the water butts and asked Darren at Rainpod for some help and advice. He was extremely supportive and helped me find the problem (the fault was my poor fitting of a tap). Excellent product and even better support. Buy with confidence and start saving all that free rainwater!

Excellent product. My 210L water butt was completely full within 3 days.

Ordered on Jul 26th and had to chase up the order twice before receiving it 3 weeks later.

Fast and efficient service ... Missing item mailed immediately ... Now installed and working as adverized ... Simple idea turned into a very useful product ...
