The order shipped really fast. The case for the rosary was cracked during shipment but everything else was great.

Everything came perfectly packaged. It was delivered on time. Everyone was thrilled with the holy water blessed by the Pope. Thank you for a positive experience.

I ordered the olive wood rosary beads, along with the rosary tin with the complimentary Pope's blessing. Also included were a complimentary key chain and mini pearl rosary beads. Savelli When I received the package, the rosary was not included, so I contacted them about the omission and sent a picture of everything I received in the package. They checked their stock and realized their mistake and sent the missing rosary immediately to me. I appreciated their honesty and fulfilling my order so quickly. They are very reputable and I would recommend them highly.

They items were lovely and they shipped really quickly. I will buy from them again.

I ordered the delicate rosary beads and case for a baby girl's baptism. They were exquisite, and Pope Leo's blessing made this gift something our family will treasure forever.

The rosary I ordered for my mother is very beautiful. My mother grew up catholic and she has been collecting rosaries for some time now. I have always wanted to get her one blessed by a priest. I was lucky enough to come across this website and getting one blessed by the Pope is a plus. I know she will really like the one I chose for her.

A wonderful company. Always answered my questions. My gifts arrived quickly and are all treasured by the recipients. I have referred a lot of people here and they have all been extremely pleased.

I have ordered a rosary for a very dear friend of mine in India who has been going through some serious difficulties . She is deeply faithful and it was for her prayer needs. During the purchase I’ve paid for express delivery worth £30 which was more than the product price. FedEx was the courier and they were so insufficient to deliver it in time instead kept sending me links to upload documents. I tried numerous times and reported that the link wasn’t working to both Saveli and FedEx. At the end I have managed to send the recipient’s id card directly and FedEx accepted to deliver it. But ironically they kept asking me more extra money upon delivery. As a delivery my order is still being kept in their warehouse in India and keep sending me invoices for extra payments. I am not at all happy with this appalling service.

I ordered a number of items from Savelli but made a mistake and did not request they be Blessed by Pope Leo. I emailed Savelli and Maria Antonia helped me ever step of the way in sending the items back (at my cost) and having them Blessed and sent back to me. The effort which took a number of steps was seamless and Maria Antonia provided outstanding, clear, and responsive customer assistance. She made the process so easy. I wish we had more customer service staff like Maria Antonia in the U.S.

I bought the product "Crucifix - Bracelet - Silver Vermeil". After wearing it about thirty times, the clasp was already not closing properly to the point where I lost the bracelet because it fell off my wrist.
To propose a bracelet of this quality is shameful at this price. I still wanted to give the brand a second chance by buying it again because i liked the design. And surprise when I received the new one, the design of the crucifix was not even the same as the previous. The photos aren't even up to date and the price of the bracelet had even gone up.

I ordered a Jubliee Rosary Necklace requesting Pope Leo's Blessing.
My order took a bit longer to be completed.
Savelli had to wait to obtain the blessing on the Sunday following my order date.
When the package was delivered, I was beyond happy as the rosary necklace was beautiful and packaged to avoid breakage. Thank you for getting Pope Leo's blessing that makes the rosary even more special.

Not only were the wall crosses and crib medals that I ordered beautiful and blessed by Pope Leo, the customer service was outstanding. Maria addressed my questions in quick order and with kindness and patience! I'm now a Savelli life-long customer!

I ordered a bracelet from Savelli based on the product description, which turned out to be inaccurate (though it's since been corrected). While they do accept returns, the shipping and customs fees made it impractical to send the item back. I also incurred additional exchange rate fees through my bank, which added to the overall cost.

Customer service did respond politely and offered a 15% discount code, but that felt minimal considering I now have an item I won’t ever use. Unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.
