I’ve recently come across SaveMoneyCutCarbon for the first time. Placed an order but turns out I ordered the wrong item! From speaking to them on instant chat the issue was resolved and in a few days I had what I needed. Really impressed and will be using them again. Recommended.

I purchased a Grohe Minta tap from SaveMoneyCutCarbon in late March. Within a couple of months, the tap started shedding its chrome. I have tried to contact SaveMoneyCutCarbon on several occasions to get the tap replaced and have been completely ignored by them.

Well I have made 3 purchases and can not fault the service in anyway. Each item arrived quickly and well packaged.
The last item I ordered was a Grohe tap which I mistakenly thought was not going to fit as planned because it appeared not to swivel. Unfortunately it was outside of the returns window so I took to my knees and asked if there was anyway that the tap could be swapped.
I was delighted when Steph contacted me to say it might be possible if I provided images of the packaging which I thought was fair and reasonable. I was about to send the images and details of the replacement item I had picked out but subsequently noticed the tap I had purchased was described as a swivel tap.
I then contacted Steph again and explained what I had discovered. Steph double checked the details and was able to confirm the tap was indeed suitable. The return was therefore not required and I was happy!
Steph was very gracious, she didn’t make reference to the fact that I was clearly useless at making internet purchases or curse me for wasting her time. She did refuse to apply her limitless skill to visiting and fitting the tap but assured me it was probably for the best - I am not convinced and still think such excellence should be applied at every opportunity!
Essentially, I’m saying the customer service was great and a refreshing change from having to deal with the usual soulless robots that companies employ these days!

Excellent product and competitive pricing to start with. Quick accurate delivery. Plumber let us down multiple times and by the time another turned up and repaired existing shower this one which was then unneeded was outside of return window. Stephanie went above and beyond and allowed me to return due to the circumstances anyway. Would happily buy again confident that their customer service is top notch!

Be Warned!
Ordered a Grohe kitchen tap, the order process was efficient, however when the tap arrived took one look at the plastic spout and decided it looked cheap and of poor quality. I did not open the rest of the contents.
I returned the tap to savemoneycutcarbon after a week of them receiving it I had to chase for a refund, they then informed me it was damaged (even though it was never unpacked).
They withheld £50.00 from the refund, a complete rip-off.
If I had ordered it on Amazon I wouldn't be £50.00 out of pocket!

Good products, easy website, market prices. All good until you need customer service. Then it all falls apart. Just simply unhelpful at every juncture. Perhaps the owners of this business will someday realise their storefront is a commodity, it is their customer service which sets them apart.

Great customer service. Ordered a Grohe kitchen tap and had a problem with the spout. SaveMoneyCutCarbon contacted Grohe and arranged for a replacement spout at no extra cost.

Super customer service after a problem arose with a tap. Pursued with manufacturer and sorted various issues that ensued. Would buy from them again.

Ordered a Grohe kitchen tap as they had a good price and was worried supplies wouldn’t be limited during the lockdown. It arrived and we carried on getting extension build and then got round to fitting the tap to only found the hot and cold indicator was wonky and handles weren’t aligned. An email later they set up a courier to pick up the old tap and delivered the new tap the next day. Really pleased with how Steph from customer service handled this. Well done.

Ordered some of the new eco-friendly home products. Surprisingly fast delivery, all packaged well. I bought the ecoegg dryer egg, beeswax wraps and some bamboo towels - all are really nice products to use. I think my favorite is the bamboo kitchen towels, they've transformed how I clean my kitchen. Very glad I chose these guys for my eco swaps!

Best price I could find on a Grohe kitchen tap. Fast and free delivery. Had an issue where I made a duplicate payment via PayPal. I called their customer service, got straight through and was refunded immediately.

Really pleased with the service. Friendly on the phone when I called up to check stock of the items I wanted, ordered online and the goods arrived promptly.
I know what you're thinking... this is no more than you'd expect, right?
However, I don't find this to be a given these days, having had 3 months of problems with another similar company recently which put £££s on the job.
Anyway, great prices and great service. Couldn't be happier!

I ordered a Hansgrohe kitchen tap from this website and they dispatched the same day and I received the item the next day via DPD (I didn't pay for next day delivery). Item arrived in perfect condition.

I found this website coincidently as I was looking for a Hansgrohe tap. They were very quick to address any issues. As the manufacturer were out of stock, they contacted me straight away to make necessary arrangments. It's shame they didn't have all the other taps I was looking for otherwise I would have bought them from them as well.

Great website and one of the few online companies that sold a good quality soap dish for a shower at a very good price.
Impressed with the customer service and fast delivery of their products. If you require additional spares they will order these as well. The prices are very competitive especially for Hansgrohe products. I don't normally write online reviews for companies but was so impressed by the service I wanted to let others know.
