At the prices they offered I was sceptical so reached for TrustPilot which gave me confidence to order through them. Product is exactly as described and arrived lightning fast. Laptop I bought was £200 less than JohnLewis/Currys

Brilliant service !! Ordered a laptop on Saturday evening and chose free postage, Monday morning it was dispatched and I received it Tuesday lunchtime. Was a little dubious as the laptop was much cheaper from here than anywhere else and I hadn't used this company before but I needn't have worried as I couldn't have wanted a better service. Would definately recommend :)

Laptop that was sold to me had been registered to another party. After numerous emails the only outcome Save on Laptops would offer was for me to return the laptop & them send a new one. This was not acceptable as it would have left me without a functioning computer (for work) for approximately 3 days. In the end I resolved the issue directly with MSI. The staff were pleasant but fundamentally unhelpful. Saving grace was the price I paid for the laptop which was extremely competitive.

Great service! quick to respond. Sorted the issues we had straight away and stayed in communication constantly.
They could have sold us more expensive ones but gave us their honest advice which we took willingly.
We shall definately be using them again for the next batch of laptops.

Laptop came really quickly and was exactly as described. Been using it quite frequently for the last few weeks now and no issues whatsoever - very happy with purchase would certainly use again!

Ordered a Dell 7559 laptop, arrived within a week and its been great. Nearly a year passes and the hinge is pulling the case apart on the LHS.
Saveonlaptops stated to go straight to Dell. Dell didn't want to know as they claimed the warranty started 3 months before I bought it & say it is expired. Dell offered to repair it for £220 but that's all. If you buy a Dell, send Dell copies of your receipts immediately or Dell will wriggle out of their obligations. I having now found a hinge screw to be missing and other case screws loose, absolutely no damage to plastics or broken hinge their claim I dropped it is debunked. Saveonlaptops have been helpful, and finally Dell have agreed to take the laptop for investigation. No fault of saveonlaptops just, I suspect poor assembly at the factory, it only needs a replacement screw.

After some apprehension at ordering a laptop online I'm very happy with my recent purchase. Not only was it excellent value for the spec of the product but it arrived swiftly. I would definitely recommend, and so far (3 weeks in) all is still good.

I ordered my laptop before Christmas and never got a chance to use it until after the holiday which put me just outside the 30 days return limit. However the laptop froze often and frequently would not turn on without removing the battery and replacing. They were resolute that they fix it rather than offer me an other one which is within their right so i was forced to comply and order another laptop to work on while i waited the month it took them to examine it. Then they claimed there was nothing wrong and sent it back. I recorded the failure to turn on and asked for a full refund as legally they only get one chance to fix an issue and if it persists you may get a refund.
They refused to confirm or deny that the video showed it did not work and insisted they take it for another month to have a look despite me citing the law at them. It has been 3 months so far with no resolution...

This is the third laptop I have purchased and very happy to recommend this company on my personal experiences with them

Very good company helped me out when I had queries on a product and also when I had problems accessing and purchasing from the site will recommend to anyone I know wanting a new laptop can't complain with prices as I got my laptop on offer so saved a load compared to other sites

I recently needed a new laptop in a hurry and was recommended this company. Their prices were fairly competitive, although I did find the same laptop cheaper elsewhere but because the other company messed me around with the delivery date I went back to saveonlaptops to order from them. Despite the slightly more expensive price, delivery was no hassle at all. The ordering process was straightforward, and my laptop arrived within the allotted timeframe. No complaints :) A Cheaper price would obviously be a bonus, but for me at that time, reliability was important and they provided that. :)

Excellent Customer Service. Communications "second to none". True to their word.
Would definitely recommend this Company and will buy from them again should the need arise.
A Company of this Calibre is hard to find.

I bought a laptop from Saveonlaptops.co.uk at the end of November of 2016. I am writing this review on Feb 7th, I still do not have a working laptop from this company.

The purchase and delivery and the delivery was fine, the unit arrived in a couple of days. However when it arrived it was faulty.

A software issue meant the laptop wouldn't open any programs, when I asked Save on Laptop how to send it back they explained I had to contact the Manufacturer, explain the issue, obtain a reference number, give it to Save on Laptops, box the item and send by courier myself - a bit of an ordeal but i did it.

This is were the problems start.

Save on Laptops took over 3 weeks to get back to me about my laptop, multiple times I chased them but no answer. To make things more difficult their 'returns' department is an email only department, completely refusing to speak on the phone even though I requested it multiple time to try and speed things up.

Eventually the item was sent back to me after they confirmed it had been fixed - it was still broken.

I spent a week trying to communicate with this terrible company again to fix the problem, before they conceded it needed to be sent back again (for a second time).

More time has passed and the company has now admitted that this unit had a software problem, they claim it has been fixed and wan to send it back out however I have no faith left in them. I cannot continue on this merry go round of them sending me a broken laptop, claiming its fixed, me sending it back, can't get hold of them, and they send it back to me.

I have had no laptop for over two months and I can't afford to buy another one because I've paid Save on laptops for this nightmare unit.

I have requested a refund so I can put this drama behind me but they refuse to pick up the phone to me or issue my refund. I have no idea how long this is going to go on or what course of actions I can take to leave this spiral of shocking service.

I will never use this company again and would try to help anybody from getting in to the same position I am in.

Took me about 10 minutes to decide which laptop I should have in my budget. A few clicks and all sorted .ordered on a Friday arrived 9am monday .excellent service. The laptop looks great and the new windows 10 layout takes a little getting used to coming from Windows XP. Lol. Thanks for a great service. I'll definitely pass on your details
