I paid for 2 to 3 working days delivery, it arrived the next day!
there is a huge range of laptops to choose from, but the 'Compare' features makes it easy to compare the specifications.
I bought the MSI GE72VR 6RF(Apache Pro)-054UK, I've only had it few hours, but it looks pretty impressive so far!

moving from a sony vaio to a msi vortex G65VR(SLI) and what a jump.
Only problem is BT broadband which is dreadful and limiting the system.M ust be costing the country zillions in lost revenue.
That aside im delighted with the pc so far.

Used DPD to ship the product to me, was quick and without hassle. Boxed with an air sac to protect my computer which was a bonus. Bought an 'Open box' product and encountered no problems at all (practically brand new) at a cheaper price than retail. Definitely worth another shot if purchasing a laptop in the future.

Used Saveonlaptops in the past so was aware of the great service. This experience just reinforced my opinion. In this instance I ordered two laptops but subsequently wanted to change one of the laptops to a unit with a better spec. I emailed my request and the response was quick and concise with what I needed to do. Several emails followed, all of which were answered promptly, making the whole process hassle free.
In addition to the great service the prices were the most competitive and delivery was extremely quick (2 days compared to the 5 day delivery option chosen).

What a very enjoyable experience. The process was simple and straight forward. Item was delivered within the stated time allocation. I have had a problem making the order and I wrote to them. They fixed it very quickly. Delivered on time.

This is the fourth laptop I've bought from these guys, and even though I shop around, I keep coming back. The prices are the best, the filtering facility on the web site is great, and they use DPD to deliver the next day within a stated one hour window - perfect.
It would be good if there were a few configuration options like version of Windows, RAM etc. but I guess that would increase costs and therefore price. All previous laptops are still running perfectly (apart from the one I trashed!) so I'll certainly come back for my next one.

If you are looking for a company with good aftersales technical support look elsewhere. If you have any technical problems then I wish you luck. Very little knowledge and pass you straight back to manufacturer to sort out for yourself. They are not interested in helping after they have your money.

Baught the laptop on friday the 12th (late at Night) when buying it gave me the option of getting Saturday the 13th Delivery (actuly stated the 13th) no laptop came. so thought no worries ill get it on monday.... monday came and no laptop. called and they said because you got saturday delivery it would be next saturday ! (why would i want it a week later then stated on the delivery option) They then said they would change it to net day and gave me like 2p back on the delivery price. I then emailed to state i was unsatisfied with there service and responce for what happened. they said in short that its not there fault. In the end all i wanted was a sorry and it would have been fine. (if the product gives me an option of a certain date it should deliver on that date.. and if not as soon to that date as possible. dont give the option if it doesnt exist) so getting my laptop 4 days late made me a bit disapointed.

Similar to other reviews on here all is well until the unit goes wrong.

I purchased an extended warranty with the extra year not being with the manufacturer (MSI), I wasn't initially aware of this so when I began having faults I contacted saveonlaptops and they directed me to MSI, after MSI telling me my warranty was expired I got back in contact with saveonlaptops. I was then told that they were wrong and the unit needed to actually be returned to them, unsurprisingly they told me I needed to do this off my own back until I pointed out I had a collect and return warranty. Finally the laptop was picked up many months after initially contacting them. After chasing the laptop up I was eventually told the unit was faulty followed by an email stating it had been repaired 'as best it could'. This obviously worried me and I asked for the motherboard to be replaced instead of being badly repaired. This was denied and the laptop was returned.

Two days after receiving the laptop it unsurprisingly broke again. Much like the first time the slow return process began again.
In summary after 3 more months of being told they were repairing it, then they couldn't repair it, then MSI were repairing it along with the initial problems that saveonlaptops said they wouldn't fix under warranty (Touchpad and Screen).

I was informed today that I would be 'credited' for it. No time-frame as to when I would be credited and that all my files could not be returned despite the fact I had not been told to back them up and that there were no issues with the 256GB SSD or 1TB hard drive when the unit went in for repair. I have now not only been left without a laptop for over 7 months but have had almost 3 years of files stolen.

I strongly advise nobody to use this company if you have any hope of any after-sales support.
