Overall great experience with this website. Great price for a very good laptop, some 200 pounds cheaper than others which made me worry. Ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Friday in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent, transparent sales practice for previously owned/used products. Purchased an open box (unused return) laptop, arrived exactly as advertised.
Laptop was with me in less than two working days, despite a significantly longer lead time being expected.
Excellent service, would purchase from again.

I was dubious of a website that I have not used before, but order went through and upgraded to next day delivery free of charge. Item as described, so happy customer and I will be back!

The company is excellent. Amazing. I bought Lenovo E580 which costed approx £50 cheaper then from Amazon or other online retailers. I chose to collect it from PC World for an extra £5. The laptop was on time, sealed. I double checked the system and it was never used before. I am someone who is very conscious when I see a very good deal online, but the excellent reviews the company received here are not a trick. They must have been hard earned through first class customer service. Also, they have a real shop... not just online presence. Well done guys! You earned this review.
Please add in the product descritption that this laptop comes with fingerprint scanner (that was a nice surprise).

But the most important - the laptop which I choose cost me £579 whilst elsewhere it cost £649 and more.. and we are talking about brand new manufactured / sealed item. Whole shopping experience smooth and have been well informed on each single step of my order. Courier provide 1hr delivery slot with other options so overall you just can't expect more. This was a really big purchase for me. I was looking for a brilliant deal on my first proper gaming laptop.

This was fantastic I got a stellar deal with Save on laptops. I opted for the MSI GL72M.

I was worried that they may not have been factory new as in new in the box with seals intact, however I was happily surprised when it was still in original packaging and brand new!

I also opted for Saturday delivery and I was definitely not disappointed! I will definitely be using this site again for future purchases.

I've had no problems. I bought a reasonably powerful gaming laptop for about £200 cheaper than the equivalent capability at other sites, because Save on Laptops upgrade the RAM on a slightly less powerful model that is otherwise identical. I ordered on a Saturday night (knowing it wouldn't actually be processed until Monday) and received the automatic email. Having not heard anything else on the Monday afternoon, I quickly and easily called their customer service team, who reassured me that there were no problems and that my computer would be shipped soon. I then got a dispatch email that night and my laptop arrived the next day. Excellent for their free delivery - a full week before their outside ETA.

Do not use. Ordered laptop as a birthday present and paid extra for the 2 working day delivery. Laptop was showing as in stock and of course happy to take my money. Confirmation received that day that the laptop had been dispatched and waited expectantly.

Received no tracking number or update so after 2 working days (and a weekend) phoned to be told they would send a tracking number from their “external warehouse” - for which read anonymous third party they are just a reseller for. After a further 2 hours with no update phoned again to be told, lo and behold, their external warehouse had only just told them they were out of stock and couldn’t fulfil my order.

I cancelled my order and purchased elsewhere at higher price to meet my birthday deadline as well as wasting 5 days. Still took them another day to send me confirmtion of the cancelled order. Bunch of chancers. Do not use.

Easy to order but I am extremeley disappointed with the carrier who is delivering my laptop. I paid extra for next working day delivery and received a message in the morning that my laptop would arrive between 16:30 and 17:30, which although is technically the next day I wanted my new laptop to be worked on by my computer repair technician asap, well the end of the working day is no good to anyone. I then received a message at 16:40 from DPD to say they'd tried to deliver but nobody was home, so they'd taken it away. I called my repairer whom I was having the delivery made to, and he was sitting waiting for the delivery and had not seen or heard the delivery driver, so he must have knocked quietly and then run off! I tried to look up information on how to contact DPD as the van couldn't be very far away by that time, and there is no way of contacting them direct, you have to download their app to reorganise a new delivery. I was livid, after paying out extra money I still had no laptop

Nice easy transaction, I have ordered three laptops from these guys over the last 10 years and they have never delivered a bad service.
