Very fast delivery. I ordered on the Saturday and it was delivered on the Monday. They were the cheapest on the internet and laptop I bought is brilliant.
Could have done with a confirmation email straight after placing the order as I received one telling me it was despatched after I'd already received the laptop.
Overall - very satisfied

I bought an ASUS Vivo laptop for my mum for £300 and arranged for it to be delivered to her. The payment went through and everything went fine until I received emails referring to my return of the computer and stating that they would be refunding me. My mum had not sent it back and we both would have preferred that it had been sent. I have been informed by the site that I have been refunded though this is not the case at all 2 days later. There is no obvious way to get in touch about this and there has been no explanation as to why it went out for delivery and was then returned. The whole thing has been a massive hassle. The same model was on sale on Amazon for £29 more and I wish I'd bought that one now as my mum remains computerless a week later. Rather disappointed in the experience all things taken into account.

Bought the Acer Aspire F15 F5-573G, communication really good and delivery arrived the next day - cant fault the service.

Laptop itself is ideal for my requirements, much faster than my old Sony Vaio and a massive graphics improvement too, could not be happier and would buy from box.co.uk again without hesitation.

The ordering process for my new laptop was clear and simple. It arrived a day ahead of schedule, and I was informed by email of the delivery window. I will definitely buy from this company again!

I have bought from Save on Laptops before and will use them again. Latest experience was on Tuesday 10th July. Easy to order, in stock and delivery was 1 day ahead of schedule.

Laptop arrived 2 days after ordering at night, really quick, really happy with the service and great price for a b-stock laptop which looks absolutely fine apart from a tiny scuff which was stated in the description, I honestly expected it to be in worse condition.. Would reccomend to anyone

The laptop arrived on time and everything was in order. Moreover, I made an error when ordering, emailed support and got a reply within five minutes. The support was excellent and resolved my issue. Would definitely use this company again.

UPDATED REVIEW: I received an email from saveonlaptops to outline that for some unbeknown reason, my two letters seeking a refund had not reached them. Andy from the sales team was very accommodating and processed my refund. I hope that saveonlaptops will improve their signposting of how they can be contacted via phone and email so that these sorts of miscommunication can be avoided going forward.

It is always nice to be asked to leave an honest review and of course I would review it if we actually had it.

Paid for next day delivery on Thursday expecting it on Friday. Nothing!
Emailed and asked the question. No reply.

I have used this company before and generally would give them 4 stars but today for this review and this laptop for asking me to review something I have paid for but not received they only get two.

I bought my laptop in October, faults with the fan, dead pixels on the screen and the cpu is running very slow. Contacted them because still under warranty, they got me to contact the manufacturer who first make you jump through hoops to check it's not a software problem and then if you read the manufacturers warranty you will basically be charged for any repair that is not specifically hardware related, looks like it could have been from a drop or misuse even if it isn't and for any repair to an LCD screen. Well that pretty much negates any usefulNess of the warranty doesn't it? Basically if you have ever used the laptop you will be charged for repair and may as well have gone to your local repair shop. Not happy never purchase anything that could go wrong through anything but a reputable company. If i'd bought through John Lewis I might have paid a few extra quid but i'd have a working laptop and anot apology things went wrong with a year of purchase not be out of pocket with a broken machine that should have lasted years not months.

My Acer Aspire arrived as expected. The laptop is excellent and as described. The 8th generation i5 processor certainly makes browsing an absolute pleasure. Definitely shop here again.

Quick service once they got the ball rolling (need to check their emails more often!) Chat service excellent but disappointed regarding the 3 year warranty taken out on our first Laptop purchase which when sent back for repairs and was deemed un-repairable, was told the warranty was not transferable though there was still one and a half years remaining!!
Although Save on laptops are good my advice is to take out your warranty elsewhere. jim

I've been very pleased with all aspects of my transactions with this company. Easy to use website, good prices, I was kept well informed about when the laptop would be delivered and I am very happy with my purchase. I often tell my friends to try this site when they are looking for another laptop.
