Worst company I have ever dealt with - AVOID!!!
Took payment immediately for an item they didn't have in stock. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery I contacted them to be told they were still waiting on the item coming into stock and didn't know when this would be so I cancelled the order. It then took several telephone calls to the most UNHELPFUL, ARROGANT and ARGUMENTATIVE customer "support" team I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. After waiting 6-8 weeks I finally got my money back but would NEVER deal with this absolute shambles of a company again.
There are so many decent, honest online traders out there nowadays that you should never need to use such a poorly run company.
One way to Deal with this scumbag company
I purchased three items over the last couple of years?? My fault as I assumed that they couldn't be THAT bad all the time?
First purchased Norton 360 and it arrived but was only Norton 2011 called the number and told to return it for a full refund. I would not because it was not my responsibility to return it. Eventually they refunded but never heard anything from them!
Second Purchase was a charger cable for my iphone 4s purchased paid and waited. After 4 weeks I emailed and got the standard response to ring them on the 0843, a number they try to keep you talking as they earn revenue from it, again after a further 4 weeks I called again, the item was listed as pending the money had been taken out of account by WorldPay (another useless company unwilling to help) I called them on 01283740222 their landline number as it was delivered the next day??????
The third purchase was a TV simulator however I received a dummy camera. I called them to complain and was told to return it by recorded (at my cost) for a refund? I mentioned that I would not return it at MY COST the mistake was theirs and they should refund and refund ALL RETURN POSTAGE under the Distance Selling Regulations. The CSA said it was not possible and they did not need to comply with the regulations?? I them advised him to arrange a pick up of the item and refund immediately under the same regulations. The online sellers do not want you to know about this section of the regualations but you CAN DEMAND A FULL REFUND and MAKE THEM (ANY ONLINE SELLER) ARRANGE A COURIER OR OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY PICK UP THE ITEM AT THEIR COST AND YOUR CONVENIENCE (within reason)
The next time you have this problem invoke this part of the regulations. Demand Refund and ask them to arrange its pick up for return.
When I invoked this they refunded within 5 minutes and then sent me an email to keep it, dispose of it or sell it because it item was not worth them courier it back to them.
Appalling Company - Don't Use Them
I ordered antivirus software but as it took so long I e-mailed them to cancel the order. As I found out they never reply to e-mails. They said I could send it back when received and a refund processed. I did this and called about my refund. This was in January. They claimed I hadn't sent it back. I wrote to them and they then claimed I had opened the product which was a lie. They said they would contact Norton to see if it was registered to me. I said that was fine. Never heard anything else. I called them today 4th April to find out what was happening. They hung up on me and then processed the refund in the time I took to call back. In effect the refund would never have been processed if I hadn't called. Cowboys. Don't use them.
Goods not as advertised
I have had the misfortune of using this company to purchase Norton 2012 (3 user). First product received was 2011 version with instructions of using to download 2012 version. If I had wanted this I would have purchased it (even cheaper on their site!). After loads of problems and excuses was sent a 2012 version which turned out to be 1 licence system builder disc with instructions how to get it to go on three installs. This is NOT what was ordered and after weeks of problems and delays is what I have ended up with. Don't bother emailing automated reply with no follow up.

After several attempts at telephoning, eventually contact was made.
I was told the item was out of stock apparently at the time the order was made and they claimed that an e mail was sent to me even though I have received several e mails since that time and have never in several years had a problem receiving e mails from that account.
They stated they were unable to make a refund because of a problem with Paypal and I would have to raise a dispute with Paypal before a refund could be made. When I said I would arrange a chargeback on my credit card they did not want me to do this. Magically, I contacted Visa and received a Paypal refund.
Moral (1) Just because software is listed available on Saverpoints website this does not mean it is available but payment will be taken anayway & (2) if you have a problem with a refund on your credit/debit card simply contact your credit/debit card company and raise a dispute
