ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED! 💯🔥💯
I absolutely love the product and how they fit. I’m super short and heavy chest and the sports bras support and hold up. I love how versatile the clothing brand is and I have not had any issues! I have several pieces, which I had over a year now. Washed and dried some of them and still held up. I would recommend to anyone who is trying to find great & supportive work out garments. The sport bras are soft and durable. I absolutely love ALL my pieces. And I have over 75 pieces now. I love the brand, I LOVE the community, and I will forever support Savvi and what they stand for. I have ordered several times and their shipping is great usually is processed the same day and comes in 2-3 days. I have dealt with customer service once and they were fast and efficient. No complaints.

Deception & Dissatisfaction…
I was introduced to Savvi athletics wear and purchased many pieces. One of the bike shorts ran pretty small in size as did a pair of the leggings. Now able to wear them the legging stitching is literally unraveling. It just goes & goes. Due to the expense I take very much care with washing & air drying. Upon contacting Savvi they said my purchase was too long ago. I made the point that with the quality they tout there is no way this should ever ever happen. Even my cheap stuff doesn’t do this and I included photos. The only correspondence is through email and I was declined. These leggings are unwearable because of the waist unraveling all the way around both top & bottom. It did not go unnoticed how difficult they’ve made it to review them. There’s a reason friends.

I ordered a bra and pant set in an L-XL that I cannot even wear! It is literally cut so small my friend who is an XS could wear it! It would cost to send it back and customer service just didn’t care at all. I paid $25 for the set and it will cost $10 to return! Super shady! I guess this is why I typically go for well made products which this company clearly cannot provide.!

Stay Away!
Nice clothes but they are ridiculously overpriced. Savvi is a multi level marketing company so the people at the very top do very well but most reps struggle to make any money. Also savvi requires reps to buy packages of around $500 to be a rep then have to pay $79 a year to continue to be a rep. This company deserves a zero for a rating.
Impossible to return items
After purchasing hundreds of dollars of clothing over the past two years, I needed to return one pair of pants from my latest order. Impossible to return. I have submitted copies of the return policy that came as both my emailed receipt and the receipt that I received in the mail with my order. Savvi claims the pants are final sale. They can not provide any documentation of this change in the return policy and yet refuse to take the item back. As I scroll the company's reviews on FB, I see this is a common problem. I wish I had read the reviews before getting involved with this company. I recommend everyone take their business elsewhere.
I’ve been a BP with Savvi since…
I’ve been a BP with Savvi since February and since then it’s been nothing but problems. Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with most scenarios but it’s just been issue after issue and customer service is a joke. The most recent issue that made me call it quits with them is they stole $100 from me. I was on the monthly subscription for $100 credits to shop. They charged my card as normal and the charge went pending (as all my charges do for a day or two) they declined my cc because it went pending (as it has done every time I’ve purchased from them) and the charge went through on my banks end. I’ve contacted my bank several times and they say everything has gone through as normal. The money was taken on July 5th. It’s July 12th and they are still “reviewing it”. Whatever it’s taking them a few days I get it. But then I get ANOTHER $100 charge!!! AFTER repeating myself over and over and over saying I don’t want to be double charged for my subscription. The clothes are cute but not worth the hassle. And the customer service is the biggest joke on the face of the planet. Don’t shop with savvi or join them unless you want scammed over and over. They stole $100 and it doesn’t look like they’ll be giving it back either.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Seeing them oddly made me feel better as this company's customer service is a joke! One of the WORST company service's I have ever received. A friend introduced me just like a month ago, already made three orders! Had to do an exchange, pay to send back. Got a different size. Another order, something didn't fit. Another return for exchange but this one was out of stock. They gave me a credit and explained sorry. I put another product of SAME value in my cart from return and I then owed more money....?! I wasn't going to pay more money for a same price product for being out of stock. I requested a refund a lost over twenty dollars in my refund. Customer service completely dismissed me twice in email like I didn't even matter. Awful!!! 😡🤬
The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered
Let me start by saying I have loved Savvi and their line of clothing. I wear it all the time. Hate to admit how much I’ve spent in the last 18 months. As a small business owner, I would consider a repeat customer a valuable one. (But truly every single customer is valuable.)
I’m disappointed to leave a negative review. But I am out of options. Last November I ordered quite a bit from Savvi. Some Black Friday sales and some not. When the items came in, I knew off the top several of the sizes were incorrect. I’m willing to take responsibility as I ordered from my phone, but for only two items out of 12 to be sized correctly….something’s wrong. I wear S. The items (other than 2) were L, XL and 2X. No where in my purchase history have I ever ordered that sizing. So I pulled up my orders within the Savvi 2-week timeframe, typed up the return (which the website allowed me to do), printed my return receipt and paid for shipping for it to be exchanged.
Savvi received my items and refused by email. I responded with all the information including the sizing issues, and they still declined. They simply refused to help me.
Other retailers such as Lulu or JCrew or Anthro would not respond to a customer in this manner. What happened to customer service?
I’ll wear what I own, I’ve given away all the items that I ordered that don’t fit, and I will not do business with Savvi any longer. Sad it came to this. I really did enjoy their clothing. But no piece of clothing is worth being treated so poorly.

Clothes are better than the “other” brand I used to wear and customer service was very quick to help and make it right when I received a damaged item! People will always find what’s wrong can’t please them all but personally I have nothing but good to say and I have a LoT of items!!
