I was a loyal Lulu snob…
I was a loyal Lulu and Patagonia snob and Savvi is now my favorite place to shop. The color and neutral sets mix and match together beautifully. Everything feels like it is made custom for my body. I am in between sizes and recently ordered the larger size in a pair of joggers. I logged in, went to my recent order, and clicked return. I didn’t have to call or talk to anyone and it was super easy! You can decide if you want a full refund, shopping credits to your account, or to exchange for a new size and Savvi will automatically send you the size you want with just a click of a button. You receive an email with a return label AND can place your package right in your mailbox. I was honestly super impressed at how simple it was. The smaller joggers are a perfect fit and came back to me within a week.
Customer service is a JOKE
I went into Savvi knowing it was a pyramid scene, but they recently came out with collagen/mood booster drink that I loved. So I purchased it - and somehow accidentally clicked something on my screen that then also purchased me a $250 “shopping spree”. No way out of it, but I thought no big deal - I’ll just buy $250 worth of the sips. Made two orders back to back. One order arrived as promised. The other one showed as being in my city but “running late”. Coming up on a week of it still “lost” and so far I’ve been told that once they ship it, it’s out of their control and they can’t help. The. I was sent the tracking number - which I have, but is useless. NOW I’m being told that weather is delaying things … ummm, sunny and 60s since it got to my city so that’s a lie. Shame on me for buying from something I already knew was a scam business

Return an item, and make you think you are getting a deaL if you do store credit by offering you additional 8.50, which is money you already spent returning for
Shipping costs. It doesn’t matter if your item weighs 2 ounces you pay 8.50. This is a very poor practice as a company doing online shopping. Will

Shady Company
This company is very shady. Poor customer service and none of their policies are clear. Beware that they will make returns very difficult and try to avoid returning anything at all. Don’t join their membership because they won’t let you cancel for a year! That must be in tiny print because I looked and couldn’t find it!

They lie ….. they say they are a Christian based group and out to help out her woman. That’s so false. They says what they want to help
You and others and then they don’t follow through. The only people making money are the Top 10 or there friends.
People that started the company living there best life. The quality of the clothes is not Lulu comparable at all. I could not lie and sell that to people that way. They are making money off the people signing up to sell , not from customers actually being customers. Please don’t give them your money. They do not deserve it. Do your research.
Great company
Great company, fun fashionable clothes at reasonable prices. Beats big name pricing and quality just as good or better. Savvi is young and each year getting better and better as they grow. The big names took years to get where they are now.
I have to agree with everyone else…
I have to agree with everyone else here. I tried to return a damaged item within 14 days in accordance with their own return policy. I paid a ridiculous amount of money on the order and they told me they would send me a shipping label but then just applied a credit to my account so I had to buy more of their cheap overpriced clothing. When I tried to sort it out with them, they refused to help. Shameful.

I would never recommend this company. Their return policy and procedures are impossible to find on-line. It's crazy. I got so frustrated that I gifted my 85.00 leggings to my DIL instead of wasting more time on a return.

I would give this company a 0 if it were possible! Cancelling it returning an order is almost impossible! What company operates like that! Oh and if you want to actually speak to a person on the phone you can forget about that! You can’t even return from your account on the app! What kind of company operates like that! Shady, shady, shady! Buyers be ware!! My recommendation is stay away! I’d rather spend the money at altheta or lulu lemon! At least I know I can return product easily and get my money back!

Absolutely Terrible service!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I can’t emphasize this enough. I made an order back on Oct 9,2020 and the say 24-48 hrs for tracking.... well today is Oct 25,2020 and still NO tracking info! Also, you cannot cancel your order! SERIOUSLY?! I would rather pay $10 more (yes,$10 more for athleta and lululemon) for better customer service!
