The quality of the product , communications and the delivery service met all expectations - a great company to deal with .

only critism of the product is the lead time to fix a faulty side filer, that wasn't properly tested by the installers and requires fixing / replacing...had to wait as long as for the furniture for delivery. lead time for my main delivery longer than quoted.

Delivery company phoned to arrange a delivery day and i also received a phone call in the morning of an expected delivery time.

I was most pleased with the Maja Exeter Oak & White Computer Desk I bought from Saxen Ltd.(UK) It's a robust and good looking piece of kit which came with reasonably clear and concise instructions enabling me to assemble it in an afternoon. My only criticism really is that the units printer shelf was too small for my largeish printer. I therefore fitted a larger shelf just above it, mounting it on a pair of extra long ball bearing steel drawer slides which enables me to pull it out far enough to access the printer whenever I need to..which now makes this unit absolutely perfect..!!

Found Saxen while searching for 'large desks' on the Internet. I could chose the size and finish I wanted and the desk was delivered in 10 days as promised and it is exactly what I wanted, contemporary leg style and very easy to assemble, I am very pleased with my choice and would recommend the product and service.

I phoned Saxen on Monday having seen the range of chairs on their website, but was unsure which model to go for. Alison was very helpful in helping me to choose the right model, checked stock and had it delivered within 2 days - brilliant service and would definitely use again.

From choosing my desk through to delivery I found Saxen to be thorough and professional.

I went to their website because I was buying new office furniture, and saw they had a very good range. I suspect I was an unlucky customer for them, since the first desk arrived damaged, and the second came with some screws missing. Throughout the process, they were incredibly patient and responsive. I'll definitely go back to them next time I'm buying anything.
