During setup of the DNS for the server something wasn't set up correctly on my end. It worked for almost 2 months and then I saw it wasn't today. Denys was awesome and fixed it for me in no time. All is back up and running and service has been restored!

I've worked with many of the big players when servers are concerned: UKFast, ANS, Fasthosts etc and the sales team have largely been great, but when it comes to support - ScalaHosting stands up taller than the rest, and you're not even selling a kidney to pay for the level of support you get.
They are patient, quick to respond, know their stuff, did I mention patient? I have been migrating the websites from our old provider to Scala and I've encountered problems at times.. however, this support is just incredible. I can have a fix within minutes of opening the chat window. Don't be disgruntled by the fact they do not have a phone line - in fact they probably work quicker without having to take calls. The live chat option is just as good if not better, you can provide links and screenshots straight into the chat. They can transfer you to someone if need be VERY quickly. That's only happened once and that turned out to be a user issue (sorry my bad guys!).
It's important to note that when you are in the market for finding a server, it's not so much the sales team that you want to review, it's the support team - at the end of the day, when there is an issue, they are who you speak to. Often if there is no telephone support, it's a bad thing, but the level of expertise offered by Scalahosting makes you question whether a phone line is even necessary.
Spanel is new to us, I have used Cpanel, Plesk, Nginx via SSH - Spanel is clean, much like cpanel, you can jump between your client accounts if you've got a VPS (like we have), things are just easy to do. When you are a developer that just wants to work on websites and move forward, between spanel and the support you really feel like you are well cared for.
So bottom line - use them. They are brilliant.

Quick response, actually checked my services to recommend something that would fill my needs while saving me money. They could have pushed for a higher tier, more costly package, but told me the less expensive option would be better based on my site's previous three year metrics.
