Hands down the best support ever

No matter how small or complicated the issue may be, their chat support team is hands down the best. Responds back in a timely manner, helps you solve problems, and looks into ones that can't be solved quickly - while giving updates as soon as possible. I've had help from multiple people before leaving my review, but some of the names I was able to pull up deserve a mention for their outstanding help; Tony N, Denys, & Dimitar. I don't know if they get a raise or brownie points for having their names mentioned, but they deserve it!!

SCALA is AMAZING to work with!!

SCALA is AMAZING to work with!!! I am not very computer savvy. My website went down with a configuration issue with CloudFlare. SCALA walked me thru what was needed and they were able to fix the issue in less than 10 minutes. So relieved to get such prompt attention. AND.... even my webmaster (who lives in a different time zone that's why i personally had to contact SCALA myself this time) has also said how very responsive SCALA is... he said they really take care of things. Excellent service!!!!

Scalahosting support really is awesome

Many of us with websites know that for no obvious reason a software update could break your website. This typically may involve hours on your own and you may even find yourself down rabbit holes without a solution With scalahosting they got your back. No not like most providers requiring you to submit a ticket and hope someone sees it soon since your site is down. No with scalahosting I just clicked Live Chat and talked to a human (no not AI). Tony was polite and helpful and not once did Tony ever make me feel like an idiot. In a short period of time he had my site back up after identifying the issue. I’m glad my production web servers are hosted on scalahosting. I have peace of mind.

Weeks-old problem solved in minutes!

I had been stumped with a connectivity issue preventing me from accessing our web server from home for several weeks. Within just a couple of minutes, Bozhidar Lyubenov was able to resolve the issue for me. It's always a great experience when working directly with a technical support agent that is prompt, polite in manner, able to identify the potential root issue, and is competent to solve the problem.
