Exceptional Support and Services
Their support is amazing. REAL 24/7 and the most importantly.. quick!
I'm a new user of a cloud vps and I find Scala's Spanel very simple and easy to manage, nothing to jealous from the traditional Cpanel.
As for their servers speed till now I'm very happy with response timing of my application(heavy ecomerce website), Only time will tell how consistent it will remain.

The Best Customer Service
I've used various hosting services for the last 25 years. Most of them were good, but I was always just another customer. For the last 2 years, I've been with ScalaHosting. They are not the absolute cheapest, but their pricing is reasonable. What sets them apart, though, is their customer service. It is the best I've encountered anywhere. CPU cores up to 5x slower then some competitors VPS
Even I'm not familiar with linux, i ordered unmanaged VPS, because with ChatGPT i manage linux servers much faster then with any human support.
I ran command:
sysbench cpu --threads=1 run
on my different servers
- so.. don't trust me, just run this on your ScalaHosting VPS, and on your local linux machine for comparision.
Sharing results with you:
Scalahosting vps for $25/month (2 cores): 1000 events per second (1 thread)
Junk VPS on another provider for $3/month (1 core): 800 events per second (1 thread)
Virtual machine under my old laptop - 3700 events per second (1 thread)
Some gaming vps for eur 10 per month (3 cores) - 5100 events per second (1 thread).
Actually I had good experience with Scalahosting, but decided to move to another provider cause currently need something faster and found it.

To provide some context, the benchmark you shared does not reflect the typical results we’re seeing. We ran the same sysbench test on a random unmanaged VPS with 2 CPU cores (not yet on an AMD machine), and the performance was significantly higher — around 4567 events per second:
CPU speed: Events per second: 4566.80
This result is well above the numbers you reported. We’d be glad to run the same test directly on your VPS with us to identify what caused the difference.

We have an a unmanaged VPS and apparently we broke something in the net config. The tech support were very quick, they work even at night! And they fixed the network config for us, despite they did not have to.
