Their support is always fast and…
Their support is always fast and polite. Seems like no matter how small or big the issue they know what to do to fix it.
Other support teams I've had to work with on other products sometimes seem to simply be giving canned responses to things but Scala support is not like that. I feel I am truley speaking to a real person.

People with Values and Determination - Thumgs up,
I have had alot of problems with my nearly-zero traffic for my three websites under scalahosting - something I am struggling to understand - I am very busy with my physical companies, but know I must get to the nitty of things.
When I first began the frustrations, I left a 1 star review of these guys.
But they got in touch with me immediately - and for days, they worked so hard to get things better and get things right. I think I will still struggle with some issues - but one of the most important values of a product or service to me is service and care.
Because, lets be honest, there are hundreds if not thousands of providers. Like there are hundreds and thousands of coffee brands and donuts and clothing brand and everything else.
So, it is only right to update my review and share my experience with these guys at scalahosting.
I've been with them for almost a decade? (started 2018) and its one of the safer options. Just recently these issues - but knowing what these guys have done and have faith and trust in what they can and will do gives them the 5 star rating.
Will there be problems? Yes - everywhere. When that happens, what do we need? A good, trustworthy company. And Scalahosting has shown that. More than once with me.
I recommend these guys - I started with the shared, and then went up to my own managed.
Fantastic people, good values and character. Keep going please.
