Despite the world being in the middle of a pandemic Scallywag Beds have been amazing. Our order was processed much quicker than anticipated especially given the COVID-19 situation. Having checked with Siobhan in the sales office who confirmed production was carrying on under the new guidelines of social distancing and our order would be processed as planned. The delivery team called 5 weeks before expected to confirm delivery would be the following week. The cabin bed and furniture arrived safely on the day that was confirmed by the delivery team. The construction was a weekend activity to aid the boredom relief of lockdown. My husband and I even with a 3 year old around who eagerly awaited his new bedroom managed to get it all constructed in a day. The quality of the product and the ease of assembly is fantastic, the paint finish is immaculate and the solid construction is peace of mind for any parent. Thank you Scallywag for a great product that our son loves and he’s transition from his cotbed to his big boy bed with ease. Great work to you and all the teams involved in everything from design to delivery, you are doing a great job.

Took delivery of a Richmond bed and although I rarely write reviews, felt it was appropriate to pass on my thanks for this excellent product which was easy to assemble (I'm no DIY expert, believe me!). So impressed with it that we're about to purchase another shorty version for the box room.

Bought a Boston Bunk Bed from Scallywag Kids recently. The design is beautiful and sturdy and looks absolutely gorgeous in my child's new bedroom. Thank you Scallywag Kids!

We purchased a lovely cabin bed from Scallywag Kids through a local furniture shop a number of years ago and were really happy with the quality. We then purchased a further bed direct from Scallywag Kids in 2018. Our delivery arrived nearly 3 hours outside of the delivery window, without a phone call, until two scruffy delivery agents were outside our property. The delivery agents left wet muddy footprints all over our carpet which they then placed the packages on top of to disguise their mess. I spoke to Customer Services who were very prickly, refused to contact their delivery agent and said the issue was ours. No compensation offered and no apology. Be aware if you try and post any neutral or negative reviews on their Facebook site, they delete the review and then block you from their page. So be aware of false ratings. Good quality furniture sadly ruined by the rude Customer Service in particular the director of the company,

My daughter's mid sleeper (narrow shorty) was delivered a couple of weeks ago and we built it at the weekend. Really impressed with it. All the bits were there and it was easy to put together (we're not the most competent of flat pack builders and we did it no trouble). It's really good quality and my daughter loves it. Definitely recommend this company.

Great beds. They are well made and seem to last forever. Easy to dismantle and rebuild. Just about to be passed onto the 3rd generation of kids. And if you mislay the instructions the lovely people at Scallywag will post you a replacement copy (or even the odd missing bolt!)

Purchased a High Sleeper with the fouton chair and desk underneath.
I was delighted with the service from Scallywag Kids; the 7 x boxes arrived exactly when expected, the instructions were clear and I was able to assemble the whole lot in 4 hours by myself.

The quality was great (paint finish, drilled holes, sturdiness) and my daughter loves her new bed. Many thanks.

We’ve got a shorty narrow daybed in a L-shape under the high sleeper with straight ladder. Fits great together, plenty of room under for desk, chair & daybed. Furniture is good quality. Assembly is time consuming for an amateur, but easy and non-frustrating as lines up well. Needs 2 people for some. Service through ordering really helpful including helping me understand detailed measurements and delivery timescales. Overall massively satisfied. Dad of the 5-year old birthday girl.

Been using a mid sleeper for a couple of years now and just converted to a high sleeper. More stable than I expected given the height increase and easy to assemble. Daughter loves it and is getting used to ducking when she goes up the ladder. Now has useful space under for desk and futon now she is a little older.

Went today first time ever. Very comfortable place nice friendly staff & only £3 odd to let little one play. Liked it very much. Great price & u can sit in peace with ur cuppa while they play.. Will certainly be going back!

Had previously purchased a Scallywag cabin bed for our daughter which she loves, so had no hesitation in ordering the high sleeper when our son's turn came around. A super sturdy & stylish product & extremely good value . Can highly recommend. Hence the five star rating.

Fantastic Service. The cabin bed is lovely quality. I love the white painted finish and chunky end posts, my daughter loves the lilac co-ordinating pieces. Delivery time was quoted as 3-4 weeks but I asked for soonest possible and it arrived 2 weeks and 2 days after ordering so very impressed! I emailed a couple of times with questions before I placed my order and always got a prompt reply. Would definately recommend their product.

The information we received from Scallywag Kids was second to none. Our questions were handled professionally and with courtesy. Time frames offered for delivery were great. We had scoured the website in advance and were really happy with the testimonials we found and our own experience has borne them out, a fab company deserving of success offering a contemporary take on kids bedroom furniture. Really poor customer service. bed turned up with 1 box missing. I refused delivery. The woman on the phone said this was silly of me to do because she could of sent it via courier within 48 hours I explained I never had room to store a great big cabin bed that was incomplete! she spoke to me like I was below her, finishing my sentences with sarcastic remarks! we agreed to wait another week only to be told that they can only deliver Saturday morning, we explained we could not be there in morning but can be in afternoon. She said we were being unreasonable and so she is cancelling the order. Well here I am spreading the word great job scallywag kids
