A great company, good variety of products and very prompt delivery. Highly recommend and after using several different suppliers I've started to make Scarletts my go to company now.

Fast delivery and very good service. I had an issue with postage once and the lady was very kind and sorted it out very quickly for me. She even left me a gift for my birds🩵 There are also regular new items which are great to keep my birds entertained.

Ordered a parrot perch fron Scarlets Parrot Supplies. Ordering was quick and easy, it was delivered within 2 days and was well packaged. It is smaller than I expected but will keep as a spare. Web site says suitable for African Grey but packaging doesn't mention AG. I'll see what happens.

Fantastic website found everything I needed very easily. They are a very good small company and prices are very reasonable.👌👍

I really didn't want to have to write this review, I was hoping the addressing issues could be rectified due to the nature of the issue, however despite contacting and explaining the issue it was and my last response was not responded to

I was looking for a good supplier for my birds for long term purchases, and so I could get everything in one place I checked the reviews as I alway do as there are some questionable companies.

I was originally happy with the reviews so I thought I would give them a go, I did find the website to be tempemental, I had filled my basket had problems processing the order as it didn't like two different addresses, and so my first basket was wiped, I mentioned it to the company and they said they have not had problems before I could call to order I decided to try it again it fine things happen I really wanted the bits I was going to order

I filled my basket again went to my account setting changed it all there and went to check out and managed to get it through

Now at first I was very happy with the speed of delivery, and the prices on there site I spent quite a bit for my first order for with them I want to get bits I needed and extra bits which took my interest

Then I received my order I had brought toys and food I need checked it was all there it was, and then I checked the dates of the food, some items had good dated

however I had a couple of food items which are very short dated and one item bird cookies that the date look scratched out there were consistent scratched were the date it

one of there store made mix I assumed, with no use or best before date this mix is 19.00 bird chop mine did not represent the picture I was already taking a chance on it at the price

And two my Harrison one pellet one treat mix are dated for September 2023 I've ordered these about a week ago it just has about 2 months one was on sale one wasn't I was like maybe it was sold cheeper due to dates which would of been fine the other i paid full price

I would of never in a store pick up such a short date my birds wouldn't get through it in time and dried goods normally have good life

I emailed them with photo and video evidence with the dates and scratched out date, the responses I got were shocking,

I was told one my items said November I said OK can you please provide proof where it says this this they did not acknowledge this
I was told all there items are sent dated I said there no date on the bird chop which I sent pictures or and the tea I brought them I send a new video with all updated this also not acknowledge

Aparantly the scratched out date happened during shipping and loss of dates I responded that was impossible my parcel was in perfect condition and the organic food tends to have a shorter date ..... my third pack of Harrison is next years date

After I pointed it all out with evidence,
no apology or acknowledgement of some of the issue the only response was to tell me to pack everything up and tell them when to pick it up

That was rediculas response, I spent £130ish this was my first order clearly now my last I actually wanted the toys other other food items

I was addressing a few of the items at this point I had no confidence in sending it all back that i would receive the refund

I've basically been treated like the bad person with this company despite providing evidence the worst part it illegal to sell food items with no dates, I honestly thought this would been a great place with there prices and variety,

but it turns out when a mistake is made they refuse to take accountability and apologise for the issues regardless of the evidence you provided

I was really questioning putting this review up however it needed to be told others may have got good service however that was not my experience I gave them the chance to rectify the issue in hope it was just a mistake and i could continue to order with them however I don't think telling me to sent the whole order back is the way to go or addressing the issue

Easy to use website easy to order great range of food and products would highly recommend to anyone

I've been buying from Scarletts for years. Delivery is always really quick and on the odd occasion that I have had to contact them over a problem they are always helpful and friendly and sort everything out straight away. Highly recommended for all your parrot needs.

I buy from Scarletts every month for my parrots. The prices are the best out there, the range is excellent and delivery is very speedy. I ordered my latest parrot goodies on Saturday and it was here on Tuesday morning.

Customer service, on the rare occasions it is required, is always friendly and very helpful. I had a perch recently with a crack in the wood. I returned it and had it replaced with my next order, with great communication all round.

A great company. The personal touch, great customer care, a cracking selection of products and great prices. The kayu trees are brilliant, and much better value for money than the extremely expensive java trees. I heartily recommend Scarlett's.

I have been using Scarletts Parrot Essentials Ltd for years now, and the service has always been brilliant as have the products which are of a high standard and competitively priced. The company they use for delivery have also improved their service, I ordered on a Tuesday morning and it was delivered on the Wednesday lunchtime.

Really easy website to use , although they also take phone orders with really knowledgeable staff who really know their stock and are really friendly. A little upset that postage is quite steep but did arrive within the next day . I think depending on how much you spend postage should be reviewed .

Good quality foods and lower prices. Quick delivery. I couldnt be happier. This is now my go to for my new parrot for sure

9 out of 10 nuts was molded inside or empty shell. As I did buy these pine nuts for my Macaws, that are like my children, I am really disappointed how bad the quality was. Molded pine nuts are poisonous! I would never ever buy this again!

Scarlett’s has everything a bird owner could ever need. It’s easy to find everything, and the prices are great.
Delivery is always quick.
