I have been dealing with Scarletts for a number of years now and although I am a very small customer with them they always treat my order as if it was worth hundreds to them, they are a first class company to deal with and always treat my order with great speed and while I own a bird I will never go elsewhere for my needs.

Essential for every parrot owner
Great customer service - even when an incorrect item arrives , Scarletts' staff are quick to resolve the issue and dispatch the correct item.
Have an excellent range of products for a great variety of bird types and a search engine that allows you to search by bird species which is really handy . Always have products in stock, so my Conure can always get his favourite Harrison's lifetime pepper formula , which is really difficult to source elsewhere! Overall great value , great service and really helpful staff. Thank you again Scarletts Parrot essentials.

Amazing toys for great prices

Great toys and great prices. I ordered more since my last review and I love them! Can't wait to show my little ones the haul.

Been using Scarletts for years and find they're always fair on price and have a huge variety of food, toys etc
I only wish they'd stock the Vitakraft cockatiel sticks (honey & eucalyptus, almond & fig etc) my birds love them but I have to source them elsewhere but would happily get them from Scarletts if they were stocked
But that's just nitpicking - Scarletts is still probably the best store for all your bird stuff!

I've been a customer of Scarlett's for about two years now and in that time I've never once experienced any problems with them.
They've got a wide range of products to help in keeping your parrot healthy and happy. The prices are kept fairly reasonable and shipping is often swift.
Customer service, on the one time I've had to talk with them, was excellent.

They are happy to give advice if you are unsure about what to buy. Small sizes of treats are available to purchase, which ensures no waste.
