Ordered a specific type of food and was sent a different type (that my birds won't eat).contacted them and was.spoken to like a piece of dirt, accused of lieing dispiite providing unquestionable evidence. Then followed a back and forth of rude, pointless questions until they eventually refused to do anything because I couldn't find the paper invoice, dispiite providing the actual invoice via email. Lost a repeat customer

Excellent all round
Amazingly fast delivery and fantastic communication at all stages. The items were all great too - in my case they were for rats rather than birds, but they make great additions to their cage & will keep them happily and safely entertained.

I always order from Scarlett's Parrot Essentials as it is a small, local and honest business. Their communication is fantastic and they always go the extra mile. I've had personal phone calls when a certain flavour of food was out of stock and multiple emails to make sure everything is ok. The prices of toys and food are lower than most other companies and are a bargain for what you get
The owner puts videos of new products on their Facebook page so you can actually see the size of what your buying instead of having to guess from a stock picture.
The delivery is always very quick and it is always packaged very well, using recycling old boxes (when they can) wich is a huge benefit to our environment and saves the business money too!
Thank you for stocking the variety that you do which enables me to be able to cater for my birds all in one place!
