Mine was a simple small order but the response and turnaround from SCF could not have been any better. One of the hinge / runners on a kitchen sliding door had broken and it was only once I started Googling for a replacement did I realise they were not too readily available. Even Amazon didn't have one!

In that search SFC popped up and their website enabled me to confirm the part I was looking from their photograph and the SKU details - btw I'm not a kitchen fitter I design and build call centre software for a living so being able to match the broken bits I had to their images was a big help.

So I placed the order Monday lunchtime and prepared myself for it to arrive some time later in the week (hopefully) but instead my part arrived less than 24 hours after I'd placed the order, what more could I ask for! Even though mine was a small order I felt valued by their service.
