We ordered a screen protector for a large touch screen. Due to weak packaging it arrived bend. I sent them pictures of the unopened package and of the bend screen protector. I was able to return it and they send me a new one. Everything was fast and uncomplicated, thank you.

Bin hoch zufrieden mit dem Tempered Glass Full Cover Screen Protektor. Bestelle diese Gläser schon viele Jahre im Doppelpack. Diesmal habe ich versehentlich für Apple IPhone 11pro bestellt anstatt für Apple IPhone 11 (black); die Verpackung hat sich wohl geändert.... Habe das leider est gemerkt, als ich das Glas anbringen wollte ..... musste nun sofort neu bestellt

I wanted to purchase a matt screen protector for my new car. I contacted protectionfilms24 for advice. They directed me to one of their existing products which I purchased. Unfortunately when it arrived it did not fit. protectionfilms24 then contacted the car manufacturer to obtain the precise dimensions and added the new product to their range. Thery supplied the new film to me as a free of charge sample, asking me to give them some feedback about the fit. It fitted perfectly! It has now been fitted for about a month and looks as good as new, with absolutely no reflection and no unsightly fingerprint marks

I have just received an email from supprt and they have come up with a very good solution.
Order protection glass for my Iphone 15 and my cameras, all from the brotect type. The cameras was very easy to mount and fitted well. But the Iphone 15 was an impossible task, even though the screen protector seemed of high quality and I ended up destroying both protection pieces.
Also it is unclear if one should remove the piece over the oval-shaped notch (where the camera, etc is)

Fantastic service, Edgar.K was very polite and understanding, they custom made the screen protector for my handheld (called the Arduboy FX) and then also mass produced it so others can purchase it too! To top it all off they sent me two free samples and the package from Germany was quick to arrive to the UK. Overall a fantastic service!

I love the matt screen protectors as they keep fingerprints and reflections at bay and are just as crisp. Really make the screens feel so much more premium. The customer service is second to none as well and a big reason for my loyalty.
