When I went to the shop they seemed responsible and reliable.
I received the scooter and it was not working after one day.
Then they offered me another scooter, one person gave me a price and then they called me to say that the offer was wrong and I needed to pay more.
Trying to get in touch with them over the phone it is almost impossible and they take a lot of time to answer any emails and phone calls, they are also a bit rude.
I have never been so disappointed with a service in my life! They should stop doing business. Do not buy a scooter from Scooter World. Not a good experience.

Dear Consuelo,
Although we have 6 mounth guarantee on our used scooters, we still offered to pick up the scooter and take it back for you, with no extra cost, and then you wanted a brand new scooter, and offcourse there will be a price difference between those two, that you needed to pay.
You didnt want us to fix the first scooter, for free, on the guarantee, and "you choose" to buy a new scooter.
We picked up the first scooter and delivered the new scooter within a week.
You can always call us on the phone, we allways pick up. It may take a bit longer on email, because we priorities the customers in the shop first.
Basicly i got kontacted today by someone from the store and they said they will not give me the pickup service anymore EXACTLY because i made a complaint here about the my scooter being in their workshop 8-9 times already with the same problem and still havent fixed it,its unbelievable how rude they are ,NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE !??

Hope you doing well. I like to ask you contact telefone or e-mail of your boss or responsible person. Reason why is that I like to return Postman PGO and get money back. So I like to understand what is the total amount of money that I lost on this deal.
1) The starter worked perfectly only on the first day.
2) The foot starter has to be kicked untill fifteen times to start the engine.
3) Already second time, PGO is simply not triggerable.
4) In the rainy days, the engine work was uneven, power and speed disappeared.
5) By stopping engine will continue to work at full turnovers.
This PGO is work equipment that I need to work seamlessly. I need a reliable scooter, possibly completely new.
An important nuance is that I use a replacement scooter to work, for which he is not made for (Delivery), Thats why it's difficult for me to make sure that I can give him back in state of impeccability.

Normaly it´s not an option.
But we will have a look at it when the workshop have had a look at the scooter and give os some feedback.
