Very easy purchase and excellent delivery

I was extremely pleased with the speedy delivery and great packaging of the product I bought. However, when I left a review on the website the writing was altered which I think is deceptive.

I have enjoyed doing business, although the staff and products are so great that it may spoil my wallet ! This is a great company to buy whiskey from, always interesting products, informative descriptions and great prices and service. I look forward to my next purchase .

Wanted something a bit special to open with a Scots pal of mine who delights in giving me a Scottish geography lesson via some VERY nice malts! Trawled around a few websites, and landed at Scottishwhiskeyexpress. But the bottle I wanted was out of stock. However - superb service - emails answered by near-return; spoke with Chris who was most helpful and emailed me as soon as the malt I wanted came back into stock; and my parcel, along with a couple of free miniatures, arrived within 24 hours of ordering.
Can't recommend these guys highly enough! I'll certainly be a returning customer.

I recently looked on line to buy myself a selection of malt whiskies and came across scotchwhiskyexpress. After looking through the site and reading various reviews of different malts, I ended up selecting 9 different bottles. 7 of them were in stock and turned up a couple of days later, with the others following a few days thereafter. I found the whole process very easy and it has helped me taste new whiskies that aren't available in the supermarkets, and at a cheaper price. I will definately use this company again.

Good clear process on the website. Then really good packaging to protect the product so its delivered in a good state. Top marks.

My faith in online shopping has been restored . Unlike most of today's company's Scotch whisky express actually care after you've paid. Looking for a good malt for my dad to send to Scotland from Australia . Great website with lots of info for the whisky challenged, Huge selection, great prices, minimal delivery charge . They let me know by email when dispatched and when delivered and they delivered on time. Will definitely be using again.
