Hell I ordered two or three times now in the main it's been a good experience . Unfortunately I work seven days a week so don't take notice of bank holidays !! I ordered a substantial order and paid extra for next day delivery

Ordered my husband special Eden Brewery beers and the Heather Rose Gin for Easter. Better than chocolate any day and we are just blown away by the gin - it is fantastic!! Oh and my husband loves the beers too :-)

I've just made my second purchase from SWE - four malts all new to me, for under £100 + a bargain priced Botanist Gin for my wife, total £128 including P&P. I scour the web pretty thoroughly before parting with any cash and this company knocks socks off most of the competition. I ordered on Easter Saturday and received on the following Wednesday which was also impressive for the tiny £3.20 P&P charge.
The four Malts incidentally, all score 90+ Jim points and I've just tried the Tomintoul 'with a peaty tang'. The smell alone took me straight back to the mash tuns and still room at Laphroaig and the taste was smooth, delicate and rewarding. I'm looking forward to trying the others. I shall be recommending SWE to my whisky club members.

Good service and excellent delivery.

I found the ordering process very simple and the service and delivery excellent. One of the items I ordered was out of stock, but after receiving a very courteous call from the company a more expensive alternative was offered at the same price. Who could ask more in this day and age when customer service from company to company is so hit and miss.

I was sending the whisky as a birthday present for my brother in law, maybe I left it a little late but your site said next day delivery which should have been the Friday but it never arrived til the Monday. A bit disappointed in the service but my brother in law enjoyed the whisky.

The bottles were a decent price and arrived quickly, sadly the box they were in was soaked in what smelt like diesel. I wiped the bottles with an anti bac wipe and tasted the beer - no contamination! I emailed the company who said the fault lay with the carrier and not with them but sent me two miniatures of single malt as a gesture of good will. They were excellent! The test of a good company is not when everything is going well but how they respond when something goes wrong. Will I go back to them? Of course I will!
