Ordered two bathroom lights from Scotlight Direct that were sold at a very competitive price. Unfortunately on inspection found one had a manufacturing defect, so contacted the S.D sales team who promptly liaised with their supplier for a replacement to be dispatched. Communication throughout the process was excellent and accepting things do go wrong fro time to time, it's a sign of a good company, when they can deal with problems so efficiently.
Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Scotlight Direct.

Price matched a floorlamp for us with any quibble. Arrived two days earlier than expected as well. No hassle and a really nice floorlamp now lighting up our living room.

Appeared competitively priced and communications on phone and by email (with James) very effective. Delivery came a couple of days later than expected for which they apologised, but still within 5 working days. Konstsmide seem robust products. Would certainly do business again.

Efficient, fast, friendly, helpful, good lampshade too.

We ordered some light bulbs. In transit one broke however the customer service were very quick in the replacement. Received it the next day

The specification was incorrect, but they corrected it after I queried it. I ordered Tuesday night and it was delivered 3 days later on the Friday, well packed.
