I was very pleased with the help I was given by Scott Findlay re helping me get to grips with what seemed like a very sophisticated heating system, unlike anything I had encountered before, in my new flat. Good advice was given and the engineer who called was very friendly and good at explaining how everything worked. He also quickly found a valve which was ‘stuck’ and this explained how the bedroom zone radiators were permanently on.

The team were punctual and reliable. The assessment for our new boiler was efficient and we were offered an option that was a much better answer to our problem. Scheduling the work was easy to fit round busy diaries, the team were smart and polite and did an efficient job - quickly and tidily! Follow-up issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. Altogether a 5 star service highly recommend!

I have used this company for many years. And the service I receive is brilliant. That’s why I wouldn’t change to another company. The staff who come to my house are first class. A few years ago a brilliant engineer smelled a gas leak. And he called the gas network who came immediately and found the problem in a pipe in our front garden. All fixed efficiently. Thank goodness for that engineer with a good nose.

Had a replacement boiler installed. Engineer arrived on the date and time the appointment was made. Engineer was very competent, professional, friendly and approachable. Installation went very smoothly. Engineer took away all redundant parts and piping and left no mess to clear up. Engineer explained the operation of the new boiler and thermostatic controls. In summary a 5 star experience all round.

We hired Scott Findlay to instal a new combi boiler in our flat. The booking process was highly efficient and every effort was taken to find a date that was convenient to us and within the next few weeks. During the installation it became apparent that a gas pipe upgrade was required. A date the following week for this additional work was identified the same day. Over the two visits the installation was completed successfully and on schedule. Two different company engineers were involved on the two occasions. Both were punctilious in their attitude and behaviour, keeping any disruption to a minimum and dealing effectively with minor problems that arose in the course of their work. Overall, we are delighted with the way Scott Findlay handled all aspects of this job and have no hesitation in recommending the company to family and friends (as we have already done on several occasions!).
