Only crtiticism would be the size of the font on the engraving, as it isn't obvious until you look carefully.

I found the website very easy to navigate and was able to place my order with ease.

However, i had to phone to find out why my order hadn't arrived after three weeks.
I was told it was because they were out of stock of the item i had requested. A quick email would have kept me informed, this is just good business practice.
If i hadn't experienced this my rating would have been higher as i was very pleased with the product and the engraving, which was as i had requested and the names were spelt correctly.

Product was as advertised with very prompt delivery.

I expected problems with the international shipment especially so close to Christmas. Then I didn't know what to expect when informed that the manufacturer didn't make the product (with the ordered crests) anymore.
You can imagine my surprise and pleasure that the product arrived in time for Christmas and it was exactly as I had ordered originally.
Beautiful and perfect!
This crystal decanter and glasses with our family crest will be a treasured heirloom in our family for a long time.

I made this purchace to celebrate the birth of twin grandchildren.
They live in Malaysia with their Thai Mother and Scottish Father.

I purchased a marriage quaich which I also ordered to be engraved. I was impressed with the price, the item arrived promptly and I was very pleased with it.
