If I could do zero stars I would 2 weeks almost and still have not had my refund Sent multiple emails and basically get ignored Bunch of scammers that's all they are BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

We bought an engraved quaich as a wedding gift for close friends and they were absolutely thrilled with it. The quaich and the engraving were stunning and it came in a lovely box, which made it look much more expensive than it was! Only downside was cost of postage for a 7 day delivery, but product was great value for money and would definitely buy again.
