I have only been with scottish power for a few week or a little more and ican see the differance in how much gas and electric i am saving i am one happy customer and thing you need to know there are very helpful and friendly

First time ringing Scottish power unbelievable no one new what they were doing service was like a comedy couldn’t understand what was said to them and rude finally got to Wendy at complaints dept was very helpful and think it’s sorted out but won’t know till autumn when trying out heat to see if working as it should so hope it is as don’t want to have to deal with again
