The person I spoke to didn’t have any idea how to calculate your solar tariffs and help me determine which was the better option. This was against your normal tariffs available now .
Not very helpful.
The website is clear, although sometimes I had to reload the page because I wasn't sure if it was frozen or something was stuck somewhere, the information is clear.
There just full of it tell you you get this and that and then look they haven't had any smart displays for 4 years just lied to me now I can't even tell how much electric I have app says 26 pounds machine outside house says 0 so shuts electric off
Made it quite easy to understand everything and managable
I've had nothing but a good experience in all aspects of service quality from scottish power
I have always been satisfied with Scottish power they are very helpful and always offer the best deals that are good for us.
I had wanted to set a 2 year tariff freeze as one of my friends had done with a different provider but no joy so set one expiring July 2027. Bearing in mind I am an older consumer this proved quite difficult as not too good using online!
Web site good for doing meter readings and for updates for the best fixed deals.
The only problem was being pestered by calls, even after calling back the number given.
I requested my number be deleted from their data list for a 'Smart Meter', as I did not want one installed.
Clear e-mails with easy choice of options for tariff change
The young man that I spoke to was very polite and extremely helpful and he quickly and proffesionally sorted out my query.
Impossible to get in contact. Live chat refuses to add you to a queue, automated phone line hangs up on you. Set-up an account online exactly as instructed and returns to a page titled "something went wrong".
I have had a Scottish Power Smart meter for the last 5-6 years. I had it installed when I first acquired an EV. This meter has not worked smartly since it was installed. I have tried on various occasions in different ways to report this issue. In the last 3 months I have used the chat line which works fine but I’m told that I’m on the list and I should expect someone to contact me but with no firm timeline, it should be circa 6 months.
So the chat line was OK but my issue is still unresolved and I continue to submit readings each month. I have a gas meter from a competitor that has worked without any issues since installation. Why can’t I have the same from my electricity supplier?
The customer service advisor made it so much easier. I'm not great in the phone with ppl Sarah madd me feel so much at ease. Everytime I've been on the phone with Scottish power it's been a great experience. So thank you Darah and everyone for making me feel at ease.
My questions were answered and the agent that was dealing with my call was very informative took time to explain and helped me choose the right tariff for me
I got my new email address to my account from my old one
It was easy but take your time that's important..
