We do not sell the starter he required, so that is what he was told and then he got very abusive and put the phone down. And he is a key board warrior too making things up.
As anyone can see from our reviews on Ebay, Goole and Trustpilot true classic car enthusiast are very happy with our service and quick delivery. There has been many thousands of customers used our service over the past 43 years.

Hundreds of customers use our website yearly with no problems. Seems that you have had trouble using our website? With the broken English not sure what the problem is. Maybe trying to buy for delivery to EU but it clearly states on our website (UK sales only). This is obviously not one of our regular customers or someone who has bought anything from us at all. just some one can not use the internet or bogus.

I ordered a part from Scott's Classic…
I ordered a part from Scott's Classic Car Spare on eBay, and while I appreciated the timely delivery, I was left feeling extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Upon receiving the part, I realized that I had no prior experience fitting it, and I was eager to find some fitting instructions to help me out. Sadly, there were none included, and despite the vast amount of information available online, my initial hopes for straightforward guidance were dashed.
I reached out a couple of times through eBay, seeking assistance, but much to my frustration, my messages went unanswered. It's disheartening when you're genuinely trying to seek help, only to be met with silence. When prompted to leave a review, I felt it was important to share my experience honestly, indicating the lack of communication from the seller.
To my astonishment, rather than addressing my concerns, the reply I received was unprofessional and dismissive. This kind of response only added to my disappointment; I expected a certain level of customer service and support, especially after purchasing from them. Overall, this experience was not what I anticipated, and I hope in the future they can improve their communication and customer care. 😔 #Disappointed #CustomerServiceMatters #ExpectationsNotMet

Sorry but we are a classic parts supplier not an advice service and certainly not a fitting service. There is lots of advice on the web to see about fitting this item if you spent the time. If you are still uncapable of fitting yourself, I am sure you can get a professional mechanic or auto electrician to do the job for you. We supplied the part as ordered with fast delivery usually this is all our customers expect and require. Very strange that you decided to spend your time leaving reviews everywhere to blame the supplier for something that they do not do because we are not an advice service or fitting service.
As you had no prior experience fitting this item maybe a little research would have been the best way to spend your time or contact a Professional. It seems you are upset with your self and just lashing out at anyone.
We are not professional mechanics just suppliers so if we give you advise and you do something wrong then we would be blamed for that too.
Our thousands of reviews from genuine classic car enthusiast that we have supplied for the past 43 years shows that we do meet everyone’s expectation except the odd keyboard warrior.
