Rang yesterday morning and was told probably would be today before we get a call back!!. I run a business and would never tell our clients we will ring back today. Like so many companies they didn't ring back. What will their excuse be ... covid or illness, short staffed. 🤔 There is so much competition they obviously have so many customers they dont need other customers. Oh and another excuse they didn't get the message. I suggest you need to get rid of some of your staff.

Robert Lourens @Scott's Visas gave us excellent service.
Efficient and quick to reply, even when the embassy printed the visas with the wrong photos on them.
Robert sorted that out and we had our visas back in time.
Worth the stress free hassle.

Monika was fantastic in helping me get my Spanish Non Lucrative visa. She is very professional whilst being super friendly. I needed help getting a Mozambican visa for my parents. Ross did a brilliant job navigating the inefficient Mozambican bureaucracy. Absolutely unbelievably good service from Robert Lourens. I submitted all my documents to him this Tuesday, and by Thursday had my STV and Thailand pass! This took us 5 weeks to achieve when we arranged our last trip to Thailand - could not recommend him highly enough.

Great service from start to finish, not the cheapest, but all not the most expensive. Robert was supper helpful and most efficient.

I found Robert and Scott's visas to be very professional , knowledgeable and prompt.
I'd say the most pleasing thing about dealing with them was the immediate and human interaction on phone calls , so often these days you have to talk to an answer machine , very annoying , not so with Scott's.

Scott's visa has done a great job to obtain an entry visa for me and my daughter. We were turned down by other agencies and there was no way we could get any visa from the high commission on time.
