I had never used a visa agent before but my first experience of using Scott's Visas was a positive one. As an old technophobe, I had been daunted by the challenges presented by the online applications for both the Thailand Tourist Visa and the Thailand Pass. Robert at Scott's was pleasant to deal with and efficiently submitted the required online applications for me. His efforts were successful and I was very glad to have been relieved of the burden of this complicated, tedious and time-consuming chore.
