Scrapped my car with this company only to get not 1 but 2 parking fines from after the date it was supposed to be scrapped, after being told they would sort the paperwork out.

It was a pleasure having Andrew train today. Was down to earth.

Gave them a call, agreed a price, and they came next day, money was in my account before they left with the car!
A very easy smooth transaction, and fair price! Give them a call.

Would have been 5 stars had they been upfront about fees
Messaged them and said I didn't have the v5. Would that be a problem. Told it wouldn't be a problem at all
When they came to make the payment and the car was loaded up. They decided that was the best time to add on an admin fee of £20.
Had they told me about the fee earlier, I would have gotten a replacment and gone with the car buying group, who offered way more, but required the v5

Scrapping my first car was so easy. The guy gave the relevant information to pass on to DVLA. Transaction was done in seconds. Nice guy by the sound of our telephone conversation, even the bloke that pick up my car cracked a few jokes as well. From picking up my car and made the transaction, the thing take about 35 minutes.

I would highly and likely recommend scrap my carz to anyone.
