Excellent service, quick pick times, driver on transporter...was efficient & explained process to me gave me their info leaflet.
Whilst picking up vehicle, explained process to me, spoke to his boss over phone , asked for bank details, great quick service monies in bank straight in bank

We were looking for a recycling company to remove our old car and give us a fair price.
Well after a hour of looking at different companies and having to input the Registration Number and our post code with some and others our email address and telephone as well it was exhausting but after lots of results some were (we cant pay you anything for the car but we will take it away for free) this was unacceptable to us! Then we received a phone call from this company here (Scrap my carz) a young man phoned me he took some information from me about the car and then he made me a offer. The offer the young man made happened to be the best offer that I had received this price helped me to make a decision but Not the only reason I chose this company it was because of the total professionalism on the phone giving me the collection day that suited me and in that day I was given a 2hr slot but I was promised that the driver would phone me when he was on his way! Well today they collected my car!!!! What a pleasant surprise that everything went exactly how the young man said.
I got a call from the driver and within 30mins the driver arrived he was a very nice professional man he loaded the car I phoned the office give my bank info and 5mins later the cash was in my bank and the man completed the paperwork which Relinquished any responsibility from me for the vehicle so I was very happy in fact I’m still a little shocked to experience a company policy that works for the customer it reminded me of how all companies use to be!!! So that alone is a very good reason to chose this company I will be recommending to any of my family or friends who might need this service in the future.

I rang up gave details of what I wanted scrapping they give me a price came the next morning and picked it up nice friendly staff in person and on the phone bank transferred me the money straight away didn't leave till had reached my bank account would highly recommend
