The sleeves are amazing. I’ve now bought five and they have really helped.

Great and life changing products however having issues with the pj bottoms. The striped ones used to get shorter throughout the months of use but we just sized up to the superheroes pj's and have still got the same issue. They have only been worn a few weeks and have already got shorter. In addition the legs are extremely narrow so my daughter struggles to wear wraps and medical garments underneath.

These little magic mittens are an absolute godsend. My daughter's eczma issues are still ongoing but at the very least I can send her to bed knowing she can't scratch herself sore in the night.

The service received was really efficient. My son suffers with eczema and the scratch sleeves have been great at stopping him from scratching himself during the night, they're worth every penny

My son has chronic eczema and these scratch pj’s are the only thing he can wear for bed where I don’t have to worry about him scratching. They are an absolute god send. They are cool, soft and loose. I don’t even have to put his bandages on for bed anymore. Before these I’d have to wet and dry bandage him and then put a tight eczema suit from hospital on top, he would always mange to pull them up, rip his bandages off and scratch his skin and would have to sleep in my bed so I could keep an eye on him. Now he can sleep in his bed and doesn’t get to skin. I can finally get a nights sleep!!

Child liked the jacket but couldn't stand the gloves so a wasted buy

pyjamas are the best choice I have made, it's a game changer for my grandson who has suffered with eczema since he was a baby and instead of making himself bleed through scratching has now cleared up. I know you pay a bit more for the pyjamas than the usual high street brands but it is honestly worth it just to have a good night.

Scratch sleeves are awesome!! My child has a habit of scratching her face at night and the sleeves keep her damaging her skin.

Wearing the Scratch Sleeves is the only way I can sleep well at night knowing my boy won't scratch his skin to bits! I ordered a size too big and Zoe was so quick to ship out the correct size while including a self-posted pack to return the loose one.

Perfect product for the task!
Problem: Elderly person starts to scratch themselves. This is a behaviour found often with people living with dementia. It makes the carer feel utterly helpless at first because you do not know at all what to do to stop them doing it because it can lead to many scratch marks all over the body which can get infected leading onto or provoking other health issues. So stopping them is a major concern. Checking self-help groups and their advice lead to searching for this specific product, as small children tend to scratch themselves, too, occasionally. Eventually, the browser search flagged up ScratchSleeves. Their product range is destined for the use with children, so ordering the biggest size was a bit of a "hit or miss" approach. Well, it definitely was a "bull's eye hit". It worked perfectly and several more were ordered to cover the different phases (in use - getting washed - stand-by). ScratchSleeves was rung to give feedback on the product and maybe adapt their website to the needs of a new target group (care for the elderly). Anyway, their product did the trick and worked perfectly. Thank you!!!

From order to receiving the garments less than 3 days

Really lovely product and helped our son navigate through eczema and chickenpox. He has no trouble wearing the sleeves and the difference it has made to his night time scratching is such a relief to me. Thank you for such an amazing product x

Great purchase of ScratchSleeves for my 2 year old son with eczema. Item came quickly and was well made when received. He grumbles a bit when they are put on but they really do the trick to stop him scratching in the night. Plus once they are on, he's happy enough as he can still use his hands. I came across this brand when it was mentioned on a podcast. My son has been suffering with eczema since he was 4months old. His body is not too bad and I can keep flare ups down with creams but his face, particularly a patch on his right cheek, was almost constantly red and angry where he would scratch it. I tried different mitts to keep him from scratching but nothing really worked. I felt like a awful mum as it the redness was prominent and looked so sore on his little face. Well now I wish I had found scratchsleeves sooner! After a couple of nights his cheek improved remarkably where he wasn’t rubbing it with anything abrasive. I soon ordered more pj tops and now my son wears one every night and his cheek is practically clear. The quality of the tops are fantastic and wash really well. They are cool enough to wear in the summer alone or with a vest and sleep sack in winter. The service was also excellent, I only waited one working day for my orders to arrive. Along with the very reasonable pricing I really can not say enough good things about this product and company. Thank you so much.

Excellent clothes!! wish you did more styles and a bigger range as they are perfect for my beautiful Granddaughter who has the most awful Eczema and food allergies.
