SCS Law- South London

We instructed this firm to handle a straightforward Section 21 eviction — what should have taken a few months has dragged on for over two years, with no eviction order and no meaningful outcome.

Despite charging extremely high fees, they failed to deliver results, keep us informed, or manage the case efficiently. At a critical point, they abruptly ended the relationship, citing a vague “breakdown” rather than taking responsibility or offering resolution.

Most concerning of all, key legal documents were omitted from court submissions, resulting in further delays and setbacks. For a firm claiming to be specialists in this area, this is a serious and unacceptable oversight that directly impacted the case.

Communication was inconsistent, timelines kept slipping, and even basic progress updates were difficult to obtain. When we raised a formal complaint, we were met with defensiveness rather than accountability.

Extremely disappointing and not recommended if you expect professionalism, results, or responsible legal conduct.
