Easy and helpful sales and delivery on the day they quoted ,the delivery people were on time and efficient at setting our furniture up exactly where we wanted it and even made sure the recliners did not scrape any walls when in use , we will have no worries ordering from this company in the future

Brilliant Experience
We were very happy with the service we received from choosing sofa in store to being kept informed of updates and through to our delivery. Brilliant thank you. A special mention for Morgan and Simon- our delivery crew, they were so friendly and professional. Made sure that we were happy with sofa before they left. They took great care in handling our sofa. Sales guy Chris was also very helpful and made sure we were happy with our choice- even got us a bottle of cold water each as day was extremely hot. We could have had coffee but it was too hot for that. Whilst in store trying to choose we were not put under any pressure but were helped with any questions we had. Great experience had by us Thank you to all involved!

The gentleman who dealt with me was so helpful and friendly , he chatted to my daughter and was very nice and informative.
Even when we walked in the shop it smelt clean and fresh and the staff said hello.
They have a new range of lovely sofas.

We were told there wasn’t a lighter colour than beige for the suite we were buying
After ordering I found out online there was a light beige so went into the store
They said we would have to pay an extra £100 , we weren’t happy to do that as it was within the same colour range
We weren’t happy kept waiting for nearly an hour, the manage didn’t apologise for keeping us waiting and said we could pay £50 , as they had made the mistake we felt they shouldn’t of charged any extra

I am sorry to see that you were misinformed at point of sale that there was no lighter shade of beige than the one that you originally chose and then ultimately saw a lighter version when viewing our website.
Also that you were informed that you would have to pay an additional cost for amending the colour.
Due to differing fabric grades some colours - although from the same colour range - can be an additional cost however, we will certainly look into this for you with our Merchandise team and get back to you.

Very helpful and friendly staff
Was greeted as soon as we entered the store by the very friendly and helpful assistant named Vanita who explained everything we needed to know about the store. We already knew the sofa we wanted so Vanita showed us the different cover options and we ended up buying a 3 seater and 2 seater power recliner sofas The manager of the store kindly offered us some cold water as it was very warm. Overall every one was helpful polite We were very pleased.

The delivery drivers were great, called in advance, friendly and quick..
sofa is beautifully made, fine detail on point!
Needed to turn my corner sofa from a 2by2 to 1by3 and needed another cable as wouldn’t reach (due to my room size) I went to my local store and the guy that sold me the sofa greeted me and gave me a cable & extender ‘just incase’ would recommend Poltronesofà to anyone wanting a decent sofa!
